Recline is nice. Arm rests do rotate and are height adjustable, however the rotation does not lock

It is super comfortable for all types of gaming, and comes with a lumbar and neck pillow for added support. The overall look of the chair fits nicely into my gaming room and can double as an office chair if needed. Overall very happy with my purchase!!

Only hang up is it is a little squeaky no mater how you tighten it, but overall a decent chair.
