Hisense smart functions works smoothly. Got it up on the wall with the help of three friends. Would recommend hiring the geek squad if you are not used to installing technology for sure.

For $2500 you could get a much better OLED. The QD7 has poor contrast. The black colors, show up as gray no matter what. This is a B+ quality image. Maybe B. For 100 inches at $2500, I am happy.

It took 28 days to get my tv delivered, and the best buy employees only made things worse. They lied to me, they canceled my order when I told them not to which led to even more delays. They then lied about correcting the problem, and when I asked to speak to the store manager of the Tulsa store on 71st St, I was told a employee was the store manager and he actually wasnt. Then when I asked for the district managers phone number, I was given an incorrect email address for him. And after getting the real email address some 4 or 5 days later, the email I sent too him was never responded to. After all of the mess ups, I was finally contacted by the district manager I was promised to have everything made right and would receive a discount on the purchase of my tv, which to this day a month plus later, I still havent received anything.
