Do not Buy

I actually held off on writing a review because I wanted to be fair and transparent. I bought this TV on 11/13/2024. I was excited to have such a large screen. For the past three months, the TV has been powering itself off in the middle of watching TV. I reset the TV to factory settings. I also made sure no timers were on. No help from best buy. No help from Hisense. No help from best buy extended warranty.

No free installation

When I called to schedule the installation, I was told there were no availability for the rest of the year to install (I called October 5). When the phone rep removed the tree installation from my order, the TV was delivered two days later.

Bad buy

A month later find out tv not working right . Call them to return or exchange they said call factory. Call factory they only repair with tv off the wall . Call BestBuy for help but they said help take tv down cost 300 . And when I bought this tv they have a deal is free install tv free if buy tv 100 inch or over but that not true , thay will ask for another 300 dollars. I got this deal really rip off , bottom line is if I want repairs this tv I need spend more couple hundreds dollar and this is brand new tv. Also the customer service at Best Buy and Heisense is very very bad . If you want to buy the tv and good service go to ABT electronics.

100 inch Tv

The tv still shows though and I recorded a before and after video as well.

Also now its 400.00 cheaper than when i bought it 2 weeks ago. It is being delivered this coming tuesday

Seat on display first before you purchase it

I used to say Samsung and LG. I purchased this TV because of the ratings online. Only if Best Buy had one displayed in the store I would never purchase this TV. I return it back. It shows like a projector DLP TV I would say if you want to purchase this TV go ahead and go to a store to have it in display save yourself some headaches see this hundred inch screen on display first before you purchase it because you most likely going be disappointed like me.
