We unboxed it, got it in a lift and put it in place on its bracket, turned it o and it works perfectly. Great picture.

After buying this tv, it changed how i watch tv for life. It has no glare no matter if all the lights are on and the doors are open. You never want to watch a smaller tv than the one you bought ever again

Purchased the high since 100 inch television from Best Buy… It was a great price… Was on sale for Super Bowl Sunday. Also had the geek squad install it and they were amazing… Showed up on time took care of business and cleaned up after themselves.

For this size screen and price point, the value is unbeatable!

I purchased three 100" Hisense Tv's for my restaurant on July 12th and they were delivered July 22nd. They have worked great up until last week. One of them completely lost it's picture. I contacted Best Buy and because I didn't purchase the extended warranty (for after the first year warranty) they told me that there is nothing that they can do. I then contacted Hisense and was told that they won't stand behind their warranty because the TV is hanging on a wall in my restaurant. The customer service for Hisense is also very rude. Don't buy Hisense and definitely consider buying from somewhere other than Best Buy!

Television freezes and sound continues. There is also a line that runs left to right on the top 1/3 of the tv. This could have been from the Best Buy instillation tam resting it on a ladder or against the wall. I have yet to try my ps5 on it but I don’t think I would purchase another. All my other tv’s are LG and Samsung.

Six months in and we have a green vertical line and a red horizontal line going through the screen. Thankfully the tv is under warranty. I just called for the third time to Hisense and apparently parts were ordered for the tv that they didn’t even come look at. Waiting to hear from a technician to schedule a day and time to come fix this tv. Frustrating to say the least. Communication has been horrible.

The edge lighting on this tv is so bad, its not terrible during the day, but at night its almost unwatchable, especially with anything dark on the screen. I would definitely recommend a different tv and not from Best Buy. I want to return the tv but the only way they allow is to return it to the store. How am I supposed to get a 100" tv to a store for a return? Especially since the install guy took the box
