During the purchase, they offered free TV installation and mounting as part of the cost and promotion. Even though the delivery is free if you don’t opt for the option. If you’re considering Best Buy for this TV because of the included $399 installation charge, I would highly RECOMMEND COSTO or SAMS. I ended up getting the other two televisions installed by them without any hassle. However, it turned out that they only delivered the TV, and we had to pay an additional $250 for mounting. So, there was no discount; it was just a blatant misrepresentation. Even in the services included, they mentioned mounting on the wall. Just 24 hours before the delivery, I received a call asking me to either pay for mount which I assumed is included in promotion or cancel. I had been waiting for a month for the delivery, and now the cost was unacceptable. I’m stuck with this TV, but I’ve decided not to proceed with the other two televisions through Best Buy. If you’re considering Best Buy for this TV because of the included $399 installation charge, I would highly recommend COSTO or SAMS. I ended up getting the other two televisions installed by them without any hassle.

Excellent Value for Theatre Room TV

Brightness, contrast, and sharpness are excellent. Colors are vivid. 4K streaming appears to be in 3D. Sound is excellent. Remote is comfortable to hold, has intuitive buttons, connects via blue tooth, and also controls our Bose surround sound system.

They were efficient, friendly and made sure everything was in order. The TV itself is massive and provides a wonderful viewing experience. Best Buy provides both great products and truly professional services.

Great picture on movies and sports. It feels realistic and very clear picture, especially on a 4k movie. Best purchase ever.

All went as planned, great tv for the price. Replaced a projection unit that was dated. Took about 2 hrs to complete the install. I would do it all over again, seamless !!!

This Tv far exceeded my expectations…the brightness, the resolution, the processing…all A++. I can’t recommend this TV enough

Sometimes it freezes up and restarts but the size and picture are great. Strongly recommend that you purchase the support bracket and have Best Buy install the bracket and the TV.

This 100 inch is outstanding. We have this setup in my huge bedroom room and enjoying the best. Sound effects from TV are excellent and Picture quality is great. we can't be more happy with this 2024 model Google TV as we got for under $2K deal. Nice to watch 4K

Picture is very clear, and have had no issues at all so far. We love the hey Google function it has, and it is easy to learn the layout on the home screen. We went from using the Roku to this with no issues. I completely recommend this tv to anyone looking for a larger screen.

Solid TV at a great price

The picture from directv wasnt that bad. Streaming was better. The best part was the installation by the Geek squad. Took 4 people but they were so friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly.
