My television broke the day before Thanksgiving so I purchased one without really having the chance to research it first. Don't know why remote controls now come with no numbers on them but there's no way to get around the live TV channels without being able to press the numbers that aren't there. Luckily I also bought a voice activated remote control to go along with it before I realized that I couldn't figure out how to switch the channels without it. If I had not purchased the extra remote control I would have taken this back already. I've never seen a remote without numbers on it and have no idea how to get around live channels with the remote that came with the TV

This was a cheaper tv and I was Leary because I had never heard of this brand before. When I got home set up was easy and it worked very well. i use this for home schooling so it is used for various hardware components like streaming music, cd's, DVD's, Blue Ray, Streaming videos, in tv applications, and much more. Good buy for the overall cost. I would buy again.

The smart TV wirks very well. It us simpler to operate than our other smart TV. The quality is excellent.

Nice TV for the price. I replaced an old 24" Fire TV. The Roku interface is much faster then the old fire TV. The only issue I have is the photos BestBuy has posted of the connections is not accurate. It shows an RJ45 jack for internet, but this TV does not have one, it is wireless only.

I really like this TV. It is very responsive. The sound quality is excellent for a small screen TV.

All in all it's a perfect tv for my nieces bedroom.Pretty clear picture.I buy all my tvs from Best Buy.Always a better deal than any other stores.

I gave it 4 stars because it is not 4k. It's just the right size to fill a shelf behind the bar at home. I have a larger Hisense Roku 4k tv near it and the remotes are the same. Great tv for the price and location.

We got this TV for our bedroom and it's awesome right out of the box! Didn't need a cable box to get our Spectrum channels in our bedroom! It was effortless to get our streaming services up and running.

We needed something inexpensive for a toddler to use at our parents house when visiting from out of state. This was perfect size for reasonable cost. The guest room is a lottle smaller so we didnt want anything too big

Great TV, reasonable price loaded with Roku already & easy to navigate. Clear picture, lots of features.

So far so good. The picture is not as crisp as the Insignia, but it is a good value. The mounting holes on the back are different configuration than most TV's this size. You will need a different wall bracket or one with the extra extensions on them.

Really nice! Setup was extremely easy and the Roku system works smoothly. The picture is great and the sound is good for a 32” tv. Very pleased overall and it should serve its purpose well in a guest bedroom. It’s hard to imagine there’s a much better unit for the price.

Bought this to replace a 10+ year old Vizio and it has been a great TV. It works without issue.

This is my 2nd Hisense smart full HDTV and am very happy with both. Picture is sharp with vivid colors and sound quality is excellent for a small set. Bought it on sale which made it an ever greater purchase.
