Once setup, it’s very easy to navigate and in all she loves it.

I liked the picture quality of the TCL and was reluctant to switch. Hands down better sound and picture quality AND no bugs in the pre loaded apps!

He had the delivery within a few days of ordering the product. He had set up the appointment for installing the television and removing our very old television set. He and one of the Geek Squad members showed up on time and worked well together to remove the old television and set up the new Hisense set and how to use the Roku device properly. We appreciate all the work to accomplish the goal.

BUT trying to watch a particular local station is a daily challenge. Hulu on this Google TV seriously sucks! Setting up a *new* profile almost daily just to see the local news is frustrating. Crappy speakers force you to buy a Hisense soundbar. The 620 model is the one that works with this TV. Pass on Google TV.

Whereas this Google TV can only be voice controlled through the remote. I like to put on shows while I’m cooking dinner and I really enjoyed being able to pause or rewind by voice without having to find a remote but unfortunately the TV is not as easy to use as the Samsung That said, it does have a nice array of content without being connected to Cable, or even an antenna
