Ok tv for the money, but bad screen.

I liked everything so far. I picked it up off my bed and my finger had touched the screen and now it shows a line across the screen. I now have return it for a new one. I will not get the same tv. The screen is too sensitive..

Great price but horrible customer service

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to give this TV a good review but I can't because Hisense has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. It stems from the fact that I'm unable to add a Kids Account on TV which is the reason I bought this small TV for our Daughter's room. After setting it up with a master Google Account it ask if you want to setup a kids account, after going through the steps it errors out. Hisense says not their problem, its a Google issue and to contact Google. Google says its a Hisense issue and to contact them. At this point I'm putting the blame on Hisense because they made the TV, they obviously had to test this feature prior to releasing the TV. If it truly doesn't work it needs to be removed. But as of now if the TV is asking me if I want to set one up, it should work. With that said the TV (hardware) itself isn't bad. There are very few 32 inch TV's with full 1080p support and the interface is nice and fast.

Great tv, stand not so good

Not very user friendly

We watch some things on over the air and rather that it starting with where we left when it was last turned off you have to go through several steps to get back there

Low end electromics

I turned it on and it looked like it was working fine. As I slowly pulled the protective film off the front of the unit the screen broke. Parts of the screen became pixilated and fragmented just from peeling the plastic off the screen. HI Sense is low price and the quality showes.

I tried 3 different 4k hdmi cables and none seemed to help so I took it back right away and got a Samsung instead.
