    I love this little TV. I use it in my bedroom once in a while when I want to lay down early and watch some tv or my cat wants to watch bird videos and fall asleep. The sound leave a little to be desired so I picked up an inexpensive soundbar to go with.

    Love the TV but doesn't come with support for too many additional TV apps, in particular Spectrum app. Have to cast from my phone, so that's annoying.

    Tv is good. AirPods were connected and sound was good for first day and after that AirPods gets connected but the sound quality is not good.

    Good for the price. Sound is not so good. Streaming from a phone is a bad experience, very glitchy. But again, that’s what you get for the price.

    Tv is exactly what I needed for my bedroom. The sound quality is pretty bad, but I don’t need very good sound in my room while in bed. So it’s fine.

    Overall Good Tv. Only thing I seem to see is it lags a lil bit. But that also may have to do with the WIFI also so.. I think it's Worth the BUY! 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

    My kids love there Tv Best Buy will always be my first choice they are reasonable and they are the best They have a really good customer service system and I’d love their curbside pick up they work really quick to get you in and out and introduce you to the best products thanks Best Buy.

    It’s a cheap smart tv. Slow responding To remote compared to my Samsung living room tv which is instant.

Please try performing a factory reset on the unit as this normally resolve most common issues. A factory reset can be done on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Purchased this TV as it was relatively inexpensive, ran all the latest apps, and could be wall mounted in front of the treadmill. This has been a fantastic replacement for our old 1st gen "smart tv" and the app flexibility under the android platform is phenomenal.

    The UI is horrific. I mean, this thing is so slow it's almost unusable. The price point is great as are all of the features but I would ONLY recommend this set to someone who needed BLUETOOTH AUDIO. That is the MAIN (and only) reason I bought this thing and if not for Bluetooth, I would have returned it long ago. If you don't need Bluetooth, buy something else.

    I needed a TV to serve as a monitor as well. After the disappointing experience with an Insignia I was very happy with this TV, not only did I get a bigger TV for the same price as the Insignia but I also haven't experienced any issues with it since I bought it.
