This TV is just the worst. Freezes, requires frequent restarts, and is the slowest responding device I've ever had. I got a good deal on opened /returned, it is no wonder why it was returned..first and last android tv. Stick with roku for the best smart tv.

I have bought many Hisense TV's, primarily for the quailty for the price, it's a good value brand. That being said, I purchased a another 32", but was dissapointed when I found out that it was not bluetooth enabled. I have a Roku 32" that I absolutely love.
Again, it's a great value.

the OS on this tv is slow and buggy as sht. I routinely have to unplug it and plug it back to get it to stop hanging on random screens or menus. when it's working it has a very nice picture

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Storage & Reset>Factory Data Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
