    My husband and I were looking at tv's for our guest bedroom. Nothing too fancy or expensive but would have a nice picture. I read quite a few reviews on this tv and there were a couple of things that had me second guessing myself but it was only going to be used when there were guest in that room. Set up was ok. Not as easy as our LG's, I had read there is lag time and this tv had that. But the picture was nice for the room size, sound was ok. The tv was turned on 5 times. On the 6th time there popped up a notice that there was a failure. I contacted Best Buy, they could not help because it was past the time they could help so I called Hisense. I was told they would send an update to my email I just needed to down load that onto a thumb drive and plug it into the tv and the install would fix the issue. But it would take them 24-48 hours to get me that link. It has now been two weeks. I have contacted them again and was told that they are having issues and I should receive the email with the link in the next 24-48 hours. I am not holding my breath. I am giving them the one last chance before trashing it and getting another brand tv. My husband told me to get rid of it after the first call to support I made but I said no, we spent the money on it and it should be an easy fix according to the company and we have not owned it for more than 30 days. At this point I am ready to also be done. My review is not to spend the money on this brand. Support is lacking and the product in my case has not worked.

    Great budget tv

    Decent tv for the size. The tv itself is great but the android smart menus etc are super slow and sometimes error.

    AVOID this model! We have TWO other 32" Hisense Roku TVs that we like - thought we were buying a thrid of the same model. This one does not use a Roku remote, does not allow AppleTV app, and does not show the Roku Channel - it appers to be an old model.

    WORST TV EVER!! Stay away!

    The television is so slow! It turns back on after you turn it off. It freezes. I've had it for 3 months and used it sporadically. It is the worst tv ever. I've owned a tv from 2014 and THAT works better than this trash. Please don't get this I beg you. It is not Apple compatible either. Buy anything else!!!
