    The TV is adequate in terms of quality. I do like to Roko app that allows movies and other opportunities to watch live tv. Overall, I give the TV a 6 1/2 out of 10.

    I purchased this tv 2/1/19. I was even out of town for a week after purchase so the tv hasn’t even been watched a full week yet. When I came home 2/8, I watched it that night. Next day would not turn on. The red light comes on but that is it, no picture or sound. Taking it back to Best Buy and getting another brand. If I could give zero stars I would.

    We set-up the tv and it has a great picture, but no sound. After spending an hour on the phone with Hisense technical help, it was determined that the sound board had to have been damaged. I am taking it back today and exchanging for another one. Fingers crossed the second one works.

    As a proud Roku user for the past 8 years, I've given at least a dozen Roku 'boxes' as gifts to family and friends. We all wanted in on the cord-cutting action, so kudos to Roku for making this possible and creating happy customers out of us! This latest purchase was made for family members with a television so old that it didn't have the necessary ports to accommodate the wires for a Roku box. The only option for them was an all-in-one Roku TV. After researching the different brands and models available, this TV looked a steal! For only $129, it was almost too good to be true and I was a bit skeptical to be honest. I didn't know how well this would be received as a gift, and I wasn't sure how reliable the technology would be. Afterall, who has heard of the Hisense brand before? Well... I looked at some of the reviews and decided to take a chance. Once again, Roku continues to impress! This TV is nothing short of amazing. For a 32" LED 720p HDTV, the picture is absolutely beautiful, crisp, and colorful. In fact, some of the channels look better via the Roku apps than they do in the other room on cable. The sound is also great for a medium-sized TV. Given some of the comments on this site and my experience with smaller TVs in the past, I thought I'd end up having to add a sound bar. However, this isn't necessary at all. The volume on this TV gets quite loud before even reaching the upper limits on the remote control. Speaking of the remote control, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it includes far more options than the remotes that come with the stand-alone Roku boxes. This Roku TV remote has volume up/down and mute buttons along the side. It has a convenient button (moon icon) for setting the sleep timer, and despite some of the other reviews, there IS an option to change the brightness of the screen to "less bright," etc. You can find this and many other settings options by hitting the star (*) button. Overall, it took less than 15 minutes to set up the TV. The bulk of that time was actually spent installing/linking the Roku app on their smartphones. Another cool feature is that your smartphone can be used as remote controls after downloading the app and connecting to your new account. You can even plug in your headphones or earbuds to your phone and listen to the TV without disturbing others. As a first-time buyer, I have to say I'm really impressed with Hisense. The TV was neatly and safely packaged and included a colorful, detailed set of instructions. It comes with the four screws necessary for attaching the TV stand base legs. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver and it's done in a few minutes. If you prefer to hang this on a wall, make sure the wall mount you purchase separately is the correct match for the back of the TV. There are also menu options and ports on the back (HDMI and coax) for connecting to your cable and/or satellite providers. Otherwise, you can sign-in to your home WiFi and enjoy the TV wirelessly. I really can't say anything negative about this Hisense Roku TV. It's sleek, user-friendly, and has exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this and am thinking about purchasing another one for myself something later this year. Enjoy!

    High Pitched Noise from Speakers

    The video quality and performance of the TV are really good, but the 2 star review is driven by the high-pitched noise that comes from the internal speakers. It is very annoying and distracting.

    I gave it an extra star because there were endless streaming apps on the TV but the picture quality could not make up for it. You get what you pay for. I'd rather spend a little extra and get something better quality.

    Bought tv brand new and remote was broken took over 2 weeks before I could watch anything on this tv. Customer service was extremely poor. I will never buy another one of these again. BestBuy should remove from selling them.
