I was skeptical about buying a brand I had never heard of, but I did some research and found out Hisense purchased Sharp a few years ago and that made me feel better about the deal. The TV is working out perfectly, great picture and sound quality, easy to set up and the best deal anywhere.

When I bought this TV I bought it for my parents and they loved it

my friend Otto called me and said to buy this basic tv, because I'm cheep, and so far I love it. Otto is the best! If you need advise he is THE MAN!! He knows all about electronics and keeps current with prices, features, and what's coming in the future. If everyone in the world would just listen to Otto, there would be no wars, no starvation, and we would all just get along. I'll use Otto's suggestions for every piece of electronics I ever buy in the future, except a phone. He should be invited to the White House to give advise to the POTUS! I wish he was my brother.

Great picture quality, great sound quality, although I am using a sound bar, has all the connections you need HDMI,VGA, OPTICAL, ETC. This is my second Hisense TV , because there that good, and the price is right.

Hisense got it right. Many other brands cheap out in this price range and are still in the $200 range. This TV has all the hook ups you will ever need and then some. The picture quality is excellent and the overall quality of the TV is great. The speakers are decent, but these days surround sound is a big thing so many brands don't spend time on their speakers.

After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and see for myself if I was going to be happy with the Hisense brand. The 169.99 sale price seemed to good to pass up. I am very impressed with everything about my new television. I have owned Samsung and Sony led television's in the past and thought nothing could compare but I am not so sure about that now.

great TV especially the price for 1080p and great quality pictures

I was pleasantly surprised with the picture quality of this TV. When I went into the store to see some TVs in person, I was able to do a side-by-side comparison of various TVs, and the video quality (brightness and sharpness) of this TV beat both Vizio and Samsung TVs, hands down. The overall sound quality is bad. While the sound is on par with other TVs when watching TV shows or movies, the TV does something very weird when listening to music (I listen to Pandora on my Roku). When the music increases in intensity, the volume of the singer decreases significantly, and the bass and treble components of the music change significantly as well. It seems like the TV is drastically changing the bass and treble settings while the music is being played. To put it plainly, movies and TV shows sound fine, but music sounds terrible.

I normally only buy high end TVs but brought this inexpensive brand as an interim until Black Friday. The picture and sound quality was surprising good especially for the price.

Our tv for a living room died and we just needed a backup for watching the news and our kids xbox. The setup was extremely simple. The picture is clear whether in HD or standard. For a price point under $200.00 well worth the money.

I bought this tv on sale for $179.99. I'm using it for a pc monitor and it working great. nice picture and every thing. If you are looking for a larger pc screen this is the one 40 inches.

I just got this tv today so I haven't owned it very long, I can honestly say that it is as good or better than many of the more common brands such as Sony, Sharp, Samsung etc..

This tv is great and was on sale at a great price.

I love this set and its great price (I paid $149.99 for it)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My only complaint is that its upper volume level is not loud enough...., Otherwise, its a miracle of a bargain and I am so happy with it!

I bought this for my bedroom because I absolutely loved the Hisense 50 4k ultra TV I bought a month earlier. And I bought the 50 inch because I so hated the 48in 1080p Westinghouse I bought from best buy only 18 months earlier. It had the worst color and a lousy menu system I just had to get rid of it. So after getting this home I find out the menu system is the exact menu system on the Westinghouse. WTF. I will say the colors are much better though. But, and this is a big but, the tuner on it sucks. Using the exact same feed to the rooftop antenna, this TV could only get 26 channels. My other TVs get 40+. It can't even tune in the major NBC and CBS stations. This pretty much makes it worthless. Also, using HDMI, you can't stop the TV from overscanning. You can only get direct 1;1 if you change the HDMI from video to graphic but then PQ sucks big time. BB did send it overnight for free but that was the only good thing about this purchase. Going to look for something else. Too bad because the 50 inch Ultra HD Tv I bought is the most awesome TV I ever had. I think this Hisense is an older model.

Great purchase. Replaced the 32 inch in our apt. living room. Very HD. The only downsize is that it is very LOUD even at 2 setting.

1 Day later got a stuck pixel could of been bad luck but not getting the same tv good luck if anyone gets it was good all round just watch out for them pixels.
