I bought the TV as a bday gift to myself. The price was great because it was on sale for President's Day. Picture is nice. Sound quality is good. The features are really nice. The remote is easy to navigate and everyone in the family enjoys watching our favorite shows on it. My only compliant is that the remote is too sensitive; one slip of the finger and your easily changing the screen to something else.

I purchased the TV to use as a monitor for my home office because it was 1080P and inexpensive. I was a little concerned about the discount brand but the size vs price won me over. It never made it to the office because of the built in Roku (not needed for a monitor) and instead is in my grandchildren's room. It wall mounted very easily and was also very easy to setup. The grandkids wanted to know how the remote worked. I took 5 minutes (literally) to show my granddaughter (age 5) the power button and the navigation buttons. I explained the "apps" as well and which was the "cable tv" app. seriously... 5 minutes. I took the time to setup Netflix, VUDU, PBS Kids, Disney Junior and a few others. I left for lunch and came back 30 minutes later. My granddaughter had already taught the remote to her 4 year old brother and they were watching PBS Kids. By the next day they had discovered "unboxing videos". I didn't know they existed. The youngest is addicted to them. I am afraid I created couch potatoes. The kids love this TV. It is still early to tell the quality of the TV. The picture is fine, not amazing, but good. Audio also is good, not great. There are adequate HDMI connections, especially since the ROKU is built in. So far, it is a good TV. If you consider the size and price, I would even say great. It was an exceptional idea to integrate ROKU in the TV. Time will tell how well it holds up. Only been a month so far with no problems.

Bought this TV for my bedroom and love it. Great picture quality, was super easy to set up, love the SmartTV features, and is overall a great value. I have a 55" Samsung in the living room so I was a little hesitant to buy an "off" brand but I've been nothing but pleased with its performance thus far.

I bought this TV to replace a very old and heavy Sony tube TV in my bedroom. I wanted ROKU in the bedroom. This TV has ROKU built in so a separate device is not needed. It was easy to set up. Its easy to use. Picture quality is pretty good once you spend a little time tweaking it. It offers quite a few picture adjustments as well as an ECO setting to save energy. The remote is basically the same remote the ROKU streaming boxes use. Its small but offers good control. For a bedroom TV its everything I need.

Tv has a great picture, built in wifi with Netflix, Hulu, etc. I purchased for my mother in law, she is over 65 years old and loves the operation of TV. Easy to use, many options. If shes Happy, were Happy!! :)

i bought this tv to use in my summer home and it was my first experience with roku. so far, no complaints, although i am still learning the nuances of roku. beyond that, it works great with cable, setup was pretty simple, the picture is sharper than i expected, and for the price it might be hard to beat. the real test will be in its durability, but since i will only be using it three months a year, i have a feeling it will last for a long time.

I grabbed this tv on sale for a guest bedroom t v. It far surpassed my expectations. Picture could use more contrast but it's still really great at this price point(maybe the best in this price range). The sound is strange in that since the speakers are on the back(which is normal) you expect SOME sound loss but this tv blasts sound backwards up down every direction but at the viewer! Otherwise fantastic tv, at this price point, Roku works perfect very responsive.

This is the first smart Tv that I have owned and it is so much better than "dumb" TVs. The picture and sound are amazing and it is so easy to stream movies from Netfix and M-Go with no buffering, interruptions or need to use another device to prompt the streaming.

Works more like a Roku with a screen than a tv. It only has a basic Roku remote. Channel up and down, no numbers to push. It would be nice to punch in the channel number I want to watch. Skip back and forth between 2 channels is not possible. Instead I have to scroll thru all the channels to get to the one I want. If I could figure out how to connect with and use my Windows 8 tablet to as the remote maybe I would have more options. Other than that It works great. I do not regret buying it. If I needed another TV I would buy another at this price $250. for a 4o" smart tv is a good deal at least for now

Purchased the Hisense 40" TV for a bedroom; first TV with built-in Roku. I appreciated this fact since having Roku in living room a few years and enjoying it so much. Picture quality and ease of operation are great. This has been an excellent purchase !!!

what a super picture setup was easy but the tv control was the only problem to small and man more things

Never heard of the brand name, but wanted a TV with Roku built into it, as we don't watch subscription TV any more (trying to cut expenses). Picture quality is very good and it's easy to use. It's our first flat screen! We love it!

When i first started looking at 40" tv's to replace our heavy 32" tube TV in our master bedroom I was skeptical about buying an off brand. But this TV had so many great reviews that I couldn't argue and it was perfect for my budget. The TV has great picture quality and is very easy to use and set up. I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend this.

The TV works great right out of the box. It hooks up easily to the internet and it has all my favorite apps from my ROKU account. There is only one remote which makes it easy to change apps and to go to the TV output. The picture is clear and the sound is good. I am really enjoying it.

TV was easy to setup and ROKU features are great.Don't like the fact that you must use the ROKU remote to hit Select before you can watch satellite TV. Also would have been nice if it had component jacks to hook up DVD player instead of only red white yellow jacks.

The picture quality is pretty decent, the Roku remote and on-screen menus and very simple and easy to use. Nice number of inputs There's been a minor glitch with the CableTV tuner in that lower channels like 3-13 have stopped working a couple times, but come back after re-scanning for channels (a 5-10 minute process). So that's been a bit annoying. If you're using an external cable box/DVR, that shouldn't matter then.

Excellent picture quality, and the Roku feature is easy to use. We still can't believe we purchased a quality 40" TV at a low Best Buy price. We highly recommend it and have been telling our friends and family all about it.

I bought this TV because it was on sale right before Black Friday. I like it so far. It is easy to use and I like that it has the Roku built into the TV. It was was easy to install and to hook up.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding this TV. Very easy to use and navigate through the smart programs or switch between cable, satellite, to smart programs. Very cost effective! I bought 2 for my bedrooms
