Easy to use the Smart TV

Good price, little hiccup

Hisense sent tech out two try to repair, which was a nightmare trying to schedule since they use authorized independent techs. Finally, tech couldn’t repair unit and had to wait some more for hisense to send shipping material. Long story short, took about 2 months from start to finish to have hisense repair television.

It was the right price with everything I was looking for (smart TV, 1080p, HDMI hookups, etc.). She told me "5 stars except sometimes the sound turns off in the middle of the night and I have to shut the TV off and on to turn the sound back on" (my parents like to sleep with the TV as white noise).
