Got this on sale for $279 ......Great Picture and it has roku built in.........the apps work fast .....and i love how u can change the theme of the main menu...have had for a few weeks now ........no problems so far.....definitely worth it.

Love my new Hisense Roku TV. It was easy to set up and love the streaming channels. I already own a Roku Player and now having Roku in my TV is great.

Bought this TV 6 months back and during the time it has gone bad three times.
1, Guy came in changed the power chord. TV went bad the next day.
2, Hisense asked us to ship the TV. They replaced the motherboard and sent the TV back.
3, Then again the TV went bad.
Called hisense and asked them to replace the TV. They promised and asked me to send me the Television and they will replace it but when i shipped the television back they fixed the same TV and sent it back to me.
I spoke with at least 8 customer service guys and 3 of the supervisors and no one has any authority to do any thing. There is no supervisor at the floor and if you ask for a call from supervisor they will say someone will call me in 48 hours (My TV is bad and I should wait for 48 hours and if its friday then 96hrs to get a call back). You get a call from wierd 888 no. and if you miss they will not call again.
After the fix they void the warranty and give us only three months of warranty.
I have bought 7-8 TV's in past 8 yrs and never saw a TV going back in the first firve yrs even once. In their policy it has to go bad three times in 1 yr and then they will think to replace it and only if they cannot fix it.
This is not even my primary TV. This TV was in bad state more than it is in working condition for time I had it I wish bestbuy should do test call to such customer services before giving then contracts.
I wish I have seen the below link before buying this TV.

I bought this TV to replace the one that I had for my XBOX One. Its great for that with a few Niggles. Sound is good as well as picture.
Way too many apps on it and start up takes forever to get going. I wish they would remove a lot of the crud on it, or give you a way to remove it.

Dead after 10 uses...

This was purchased as a bedroom TV and has been in use for less than 3 months. I've turned it on to use maybe 10 times in that time period.
Last night was one of those times, and apparently the 'last' time.
After about 3 minutes of streaming one of our channels, the video 'froze', but the audio continued. Then the audio turned into random 'squelching' sounds. Then, everything faded to black.
I couldn't turn the TV back on via the remote, or via the power button on the unit. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and still couldn't get it to power on.
I've purchased plenty of off brands before, and I've never had anything like this happen before, 8^(.
Hopefully the warranty process is easy, guess I'm going to be 'lucky' enough to find out...

Bought the TV 4 months ago and it was easy to set up & great picture. Then a month ago it started rebooting continuously. i called Hisense and they set up a repair for the mother board. After that it wasn't finding any wifi. Call Hisense again to set up repair for the internet board. Worked great for 30 minutes then lost wifi and started rebooting again.
Call Hisense again and demand a new TV. they won't send me a replacement, I have to send them my TV to repair or replace with a 10 day turn around! Not worth the cheap price for this hreadache!

This unit works fine, as expected but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that the base was not a single pedestal as shown in the store. The single pedestal as opposed to two separate feet makes a difference with regard to the surface it sits on. Also, I don't like that the Roku remote isn't backlit and is incompatible with Time Warner remotes...so I have to use two remotes to operate it with cable. It also powers up slowly or sometimes doesn't seem to respond to the remote to the point that you can end up in this cycle of turning it off and on repeatedly. It's fine, but unimpressive.

First got it on Nov 26 it work great picture was nice. Well yesterday my TV screen got green spots through it like the pixels don't work or something. I can't watch TV any more till I can get it fix.

Worst Customer Service Experience

Very Very poor service by Best Buy. I have purchased a this TV as an Open Box item but when I received it the first thing I notice that it was missing a power cord. I called the service center and they told me that this could be due to an Open Box but it was never mentioned in any of the Open Box description that an Open Box item can be missing some parts.
So I purchased a power cord and to my surprise when I turned on the TV it was not detecting any wireless signals. I called up Bestbuy service center again and they told me that just for a tech visit I have to pay $200 + price of any additonal parts. This is just unbelievable, as they have given a product with missing parts and in non-working conditon. I am so-so unhappy with bestbuy experience.

A little sketchy about the brand since I had never heard of it but we were on a budget and decided to go with a "for now" tv rather than our forever tv. But it's better than I expected and faster than the Samsung tv we previously had!
