    Never turned on...bought brand new from Best Buy. Red light came on when I plugged it in but it never turned on. Called their customer service line and they said product failure and return to the store. AAARGGHH.

    i have att u verse. Attempted to connect this tv to my existing cable box. Says "just a sec" for like an hour! I gave up and took it back. Roku not ready for the big time...

    Bought this TV at the end of May. The audio out (headphone jack) didn't work from that start, not a big deal as I used the optical audio instead. Picture was great and all the apps were working. About 1 month after use, apps started to close out after a few minutes of watching, then the power started to cycle off whenever it wanted. Would not recommend this due to the longevity issues.

    Hisense this company's warranty personal and expectations are extremely poor. I bought a Hisense Tablet for my 17 year old daughter one year ago and when I tried to get use of service threw warranty due to the charging port not working I was told if I didn't sent the charger with the tablet dont bother they wouldn't fix it. Along come July and I got a phone call for a customer service satisfaction Whoops. Needless to say they had a man call me to try to set up service on the tablet it was not fixed and they shipped it to a different address it took over 2 months to get it back and it still does not function correctly, I emailed the man and he emailed me back he said he don't work in that department any more. LOL they are a joke it is not worth to buy a cheaper product because thats what you get when you buy a cheaper product.

    Picked TV up on Sunday July 10, and by the 12th unit started acting up. (Hanging on boot screen, then lost all network connectivity and would not connect to network at all, showing MAC address as all 0's. Tried to reset and then it got stuck in endless loop and still would not connect to any network. I own a couple HiSense Tv's and this one was nice at first but not happy at all with the components and workmanship of this unit. Returning unit as defective and looking at other options!

    I bought a tv on black Friday but I barely took it out and set it up I guess the screen is cracked on the inside didn't even get to use it walmart wouldn't return it been more then 90 days I'm steaming mad I didn't break it so obviously it was broke when I bought it

    I bought this TV in November and Saturday stop working. I call factory and they told me it looks like is main board. It isn't even one year and this TV stop working. I don't recommend to get it.

    It worked great for about 8 months. Then it began restarting every five minutes. I like the Roku but I'm going with a different brand of TV next time. FYI Hisense and Sharp are the same units.

    Just got the tv today, worked perfectly for a few hours. as soon as I get in bed to watch it, it doesn't turn on. I've tried multiple thing. but nothing works. it's going back to the store.

    The wifi did not work and did not see any of the 4 networks in range. Its going back tomorrow. Its what I get for going cheap.
