I did have problems with the first TV that I bought and had to return it to the store. The screen kept going blank after about 30 min(could still hear sound), unplugging it would bring the screen back, but it would do the same thing again. The next TV that we got has been perfect though. The kids love the added Roku and the picture and sound are good.

1. very simple to install 2. simple to use, not necessary to buy additional TV sticker since you can connect this TV to WiFi (if you have it) and watch the videos from Youtube, Amazon instant video, TED, etc. 3. Excellent graphic quality 4. The audio is OK but you need to buy soundbar or home theater system to upgrade the audio performance.

TV is solidly buit. The only thing that prevented an excellant rating is the remote control. Roku only, will not direct access chanels even with a different remote. Roku had the feature disabled.

We bought our Hisense Roku Smart TV after comparing it to several competitive brands and realizing that Best Buy was offering a deal "we couldn't refuse". The picture quality is excellent and it is easy to navigate through the Smart TV menu. This is our first Smart TV and we will definitely be replacing our other TV's with Hisense brands.

This set was not intended for constant use, but it has been just what we needed when we do use it. Knew nothing about Hisense but can say it has a very good picture and sound. The Roku made the decision for us. Still don't know a lot about it but am enjoying finding out Have found no negatives as of this date.

Moved to a new apartment and needed a TV. I wanted a Smart TV, so I had everything all-in-one and didn't need to buy a separate streaming device. Went to the store saw the price and nice picture so I decided to give it a try. I mostly watch Amazon Prime on here, but have added a bunch of other Apps like Hulu, Netflix, etc. The nice feature of Roku TV is that you can add other channels like FX and Syfy. I've had this TV for almost a month now, and it has not disappointed me.

I love my Hisense ROKU TV. It is easy to navigate and use. Some channels are subscription based, but at least you can pick the ones you want rather than having to take the bundle that cable gives you!

This has every streaming app you need. You could literally cancel your cable and use these apps to stay up to date on all your favorite shows. It's one of the best tvs out there. We also got a great deal. It's a big size and well worth the money

All the options are wonderful. Very easy to set up and the image is so clear.

The product is well made, operates well and has all the features I was looking for. I would have converted to digital TV much sooner if this product were available then. I added a sound bar soon after it was installed.

Bought this as an open box item and not disappointed. Surprisingly clear picture and excellent app selection. Did have some issues with the NBC app as far as keeping up but otherwise no complaints.

I was looking for a 48" TV with internet /netflix /hulu / Roku...at a price I could afford. There were not a lot of choices but I got lucky . This TV has a great picture, was light enough for me [a woman] to carry up stairs and install. The remote is easy to use. The sound is great as well. I'm super-happy with the TV and had a very positive experience buying it at Best Buy.

This t.v. has great picture quality and sound. The built in Roku apps are exactly what I needed. No need for cable or even antenna with this t.v. hooked to the internet. Excellent buy, Hisense has a good product.

The tv has a great picture and I can easily watch Netflix and Amazon Prine.

This t.v. is a great buy for the price. Streaming t.v., YouTube, news, and Netflix can all be viewed with this t.v. making it an affordable entertainment friend after a long day at work. The only thing I would change is to make switching from You Tube to Netflix quicker instead of having to go to the home screen first.
