    Started throwing glitched graphics after about 3 months. Replacement TV did the same Thing. Eventually Traded in for value for a different TV. Best Buy’s Service is 5 Stars, This TV is 1 Star

    Cheap crap. After a month (conveniently right after the return period ended), got a message on startup that “Your device failed verification”. No menu to access. Just that message. BestBuy said to call Hisense. Hisense said it was “escalated to level 2” and that someone would reach out in 24-48 business hours. Called on a Friday, so that means a weekend and more with no tv. Avoid avoid avoid.

    The tv is good, it just has a lag and time delay when turning it off, sometimes it freezes here and there, other than that it’s a tv you would want

    Don’t buy. Get the Roku

    This TV sucks! It lags in its own menu on LAN line Gig speed worse on WiFi. Randomly leaves apps, stops movies while playing, and turns off randomly. It will freeze for a couple minutes while going through menus to decide what to watch and these issues are everytime I turn it on. The only thing it’s good for is gaming, because it’s not part of the so called “smart” tv. My Roku TVs never do this.

    Good TV, the service from customer service was unprofessional. I paid and ordered Nov 15 for 1 tv and they tell me to wait till Dec 1 for a refund since tv never came but they took my payment. Horrible experience, so I went in store to purchase the same tv. Currently awaiting refund from original online order smh

    Man it's my first time owning this brand only get LG, Sony and Vizio and for the price I won't like you get some decent that is actually good lol! Got this for my kid and really liked how it's compatible with Google which i have Google all around my home which connected perfectly and first was super slow but then it picked up but It does have some CONS! WHICH are It lags ALOT when trying use Google or slow to recognize when you trying to change channel or volume But overall still great TV! the image is actually not bad so you won't go wrong by picking this tv the price makes it even better

    Mostly a decent TV it's con is that now it's 04/11/24 and I only picked up this TV remote and TV set Nov 9 ,2023 yet the TV remote buttons some of them are not operating, so that's a bummer. The quality of the screen is good though. I would recommend this item if the remote didn't stop operating just a few months after usage.

    Good Value but Annoying Navigation 'Hiccups'

    Got this for my bedroom about 5 weeks ago and the picture and sound quality are good resulting in a good value. However, very frustrating occasionally when it comes to navigating with the remote. The system may be slow or worse non-responsive. There have been a few times when I had to unplug the TV in order to improve navigation to an acceptable level. Again this is more of an intermittent experience but it is frustrating. I have another Google TV by another brand, where navigating through apps/smart features is essentially seamless. So I guess I'm spoiled. But in fairness, given the price value that the Hisense Android offers, one should not be surprised by some performance hiccups.

    The quality is good, picture is nice. The TV is a little bit of a pain to set up, and you have to aim the remote directly at it for it to work. I would recommend to buy this for the right pirce.

    First time I buy Hisense. Comes very protected, screen comes with a plastic film to avoid scratches in the box. Love the Android TV integrated with Google Plays no need for an extra media streaming device. Remote control is line of sight, be sure the red light under the TV is not blocked. Hooked my Bluetooth headphones too. For the price is a great deal with all the enhanced features.

    Got 2 tvs for the kids rooms since we finally cut the cable cord and needed smart tvs for their rooms. The picture is great and bright and for a good price. The built in google is great also

    Good Solid tv. I'm a big fan of android tv's and I have a mix of Sony and Hisense. They both work great with HiSense actually performing better than the Sonys. Now this isn't comparing picture, most of the extra tv's aren't there for quality, just extra rooms(This one went in my kitchen). The only issue that doesn't make it a 5 star is room to install apps. Sony has plenty while HiSense has limited room. Memory is cheap, so they should add more.

    It'll Do As A Secondary TV Set

    I can't say there is anything special about this set. I use it as a secondary set. My previous Samsung died after 3 years and it literally cost twice as much as this one. I was not happy about that but I will say I was moving things around and I think something hit the screen which may have contributed to it dying early. Back to this set, I use Google Chromecast streaming devices so when I saw that this had Android TV o/s built in, I was sold. My quick hits: Pros: -Cheap -Android TV (I'm already an Android TV user and i like the interface) Could be better: -The picture is not great, not bad but not great. The Samsung definitely looked better and my main tv is an LG which looks way better but both of those cost a lot more - Android TV is really slow, I mean really slow. Slower than my Chromecast -The screws were extremely soft. When installing the base, I turned the screwdriver and basically almost stripped 2 screws with basic pressure. That tells me that they are very cheap. I wonder if it speaks to the overall build quality. That's something I will see over time I guess Long story short, so far it's been a decent buy. It's a good tv for a secondary tv in a den or office or bedroom or kid's room or something but I wouldn't use as a main tv (but I'm a big sports fan too)
