I purchased an open box tv and went to pick it up after it was paid for. I did not even take it out of the store. I was refunded on my visa, however, Best buys took my two rewards one for 15 and one for 5. Refusing to replace the rewards I had already earned. I don't even comprehend this kind of customer service. I have always loved this store and always purchased my electronics and what have you there. I am so disgusted now. Why have a reward program if you take them away without even getting a product. The clerks at the stores are terrific by the way, but they can't help me and totally agree with my situation. I was promised my rewards would be returned but it hasn't happened. It honestly feels like theft.
