Using it to hook up Firesticks or gaming systems works fine though

Believe it or not, the TV has a hard time pairing to the remote control. It will not pair to my phone. It finds my wifi network, then when I select it from the list, is says it can't find it, so I can't connect to the internet.

disappointment

This happens once in about four times we turn it on

I like the design of the Home Screen as well.

Slow remote, update over fast wifi takes 4 hours. picture OK, sound: I connected my soundbar. Owned for 2 years now. Installed in my motorhome.

Not smart, below average intelligence

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garbage television. 10-15 second delay in responding to remote buttons, jerky playback with frequent crashes back to Home Screen, most common streaming service apps not optimized for playback, resumes playback from the episode you watched last week instead of yesterday on multiple streaming services, and volume setting more of a suggestion than a command. Attempted multiple “solutions” to resolve any of these problems but all persist. Will be purchasing a separate streaming device.

Do not buy this TV

Wireless does work. Every show buffers. Hard wired TV. Still buffering everything. I have to turn it on multiple times. Restart it. Unplug it. Just to get it going. I will never buy either an Android or Hicense again. Total waste of money. I’m sticking with Samsung!
