    Don’t waste your money. 3 months in get the message”your device has failed verification System halted” and I can’t do anything. The TV turns off by itself after 60 seconds. I can’t change settings or do anything. What consumer product is this? Just terrible. Looked up what to do on the web and of course it’s not working. And honestly I’m not sure if the is Android or Hinsense related but I don’t really care. Don’t waste your money on this.

    Purple Tint and no sound

    I bought this tv on Black Friday 2022. The TV was fine when I plugged it in around February 2023. Around July 2023, the TV kept getting a purple tint and no sound when using HDMI. It would go away after rebooting the cable box. I tried getting a new HDMI cable and swapping the cable box, but the TV continues to have the defect. I turned the TV on maybe 20 times. It’s too late to return at this point. I wouldn’t recommend this TV or any from HiSense.

    Biggest piece of junk you could possibly buy. I noticed that it wasn't responding to the remote very well after about a month. And now, less than 4 months after purchase, out of the blue it no longer responds to the remote. And yes, the batteries are good. I was hesitant about buying this brand of TV and I should have listened to my gut. Don't buy this crap.

    keeps turning on and off defective

    Not sure if it's just my luck probably. However, I noticed that when I turn on the TV the it immediately turns off and it repeats this for a while and eventually stays on. Also, it seems to keep changing it's input automatically. It goes from TV to input. 2 to something else doesn't make no sense. I believe the TV is defective either way, I'm probably going to avoid this brand from now on just in case

    TLDR: LOOK ELSEWHERE Basic calculators have more processing power than this unit. Its so terrible, I've decided to use my Shield TV as opposed to this thing's Android UI. However, it will not pair with it, so no sound control. This tv isn't anything over $70. Picture is lackluster, pretty terrible smearing. Color accuracy is abysmal. Will be returning.

    I had to return this product. Setup was a problem. It didn't sync up to antenna or firestick. Called customer support and was definitely unimpressed with service. Definitely would never buy any products from this company again.

    Wish I could give them no stars, the tv was turning off by itself. I contacted the company, and they gave me the run around even though I was under warranty. Please purchase at your own risk. The worst customer service ever.

    Waaayyy toooo sloooowwwwww. Feels like an old android phone. I've never been in a situation where I wondered how much RAM my TV had. Buy a dumb tv and put a roku on it, you'll have a much better experience.

    This tv is terrible. Half the time it doesn’t work, and sometimes it disconnects from the antenna. It always has captions on, even though we have them turned off in settings. I definitely do not recommend this tv.
