Sluggish and Disappointing

I experience sluggish lag times when navigating through the menu selections. The menu is not intuitive and lacks common settings and controls. Example: I don’t think you can change the picture proportions. Interface takes a long time to figure out, NOT user friendly. The sound quality is horrible. The only decent sound is by using high quality noise canceling Bluetooth headphones. Even then it sounds hollow. The only saving grace of this TV is it has a pretty good picture quality, also a good price point (if on sale). I really wish I had purchased a brand which I’m more familiar with and better experience with. I regret this purchase and would not buy this TV again.
