Open boxed one did not work

I had to drive an hour home to find it does not work. Then when I returned it, they tested it. I guess they did not do that with the previous return. No more open box items for me unless they test it on front of me.

Descent TV but frustrated

Displaying in 720p but supposedly will do 1080p, but haven't figured that out yet. Emailed HiSense support, but nothing heard back. Maybe if I knew more it would help. Wanted help in store, but no one around to help, so I punted.
