cheap but ok for kids room

Installation not completed. Cannot review

Open boxed one did not work

I had to drive an hour home to find it does not work. Then when I returned it, they tested it. I guess they did not do that with the previous return. No more open box items for me unless they test it on front of me.

Hisense Great TV's - Best Buy Support Questionable

Also purchased Alexa for her to work with the TV she has a brain injury thought it would be helpful. Arranged set up for Christmas Day. Screen was messed up when turned on. Contacted Best Buy 2 days later told to Contact Hisense. Did so, took over two weeks to get answer from Hisense, Screen Broken on Inside Damaged in Shipping Contact Best Buy. Did, Best Buy says: Too Bad So Sad, WHAT? Past time for return. Disappointed in Best Buy, First Problem in over 20 Years of Purchases. Other TV purchased as Gift for another friend arrived fine as well as the other items. Friend has Giant Box in Living Room with Broken Christmas Gift. If Best Buy would have exchanged it in the first place my friend would be enjoying her Christmas Gift instead of having to walk around it! Not Happy with Best Buy Customer Service.

Low tier option

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two of these TV's they claimed that they had basically a super nice stereo built in and it may work well with my professional audio that I have but they did not and especially through the HDMI it did not have HDMI ARC I read on their website where it did but it just really didn't I sent them back for a refund and bought 2 samsungs instead.

Piece of Crap

Immediately when trying to set it up for my elderly aunt it gave us some screen about “Webpage not Available “ and we could never navigate past it. I looked it up and this is an ongoing issue with this brand. We returned it two hours later and bought another brand.
