    This tv doesn’t even stay connected to the WiFi at all. This was a waste. Will be returning to the store. It has great audio & picture though.

    Stopped working after 2 wks

    TV stopped worked after having for about two weeks. Screen no longer shows picture. Working to receive a refund with manufacturer but they’re a bit difficult to work with as well. Wouldn’t suggest this TV and being out money in the end.

    Horrible! Will not work, will not cut on with remote with new batteries. Have to turn on from the bottom button which is underneath. Isn’t worth $10. Stay away

    Television didn't last 60 days before it got the blue screen of death. I wasted over $100 for this television, so don't do what I did. Only a measly 15 day window for a return. You'd do us both a favor to leave that Hisense TV right on that best buy shelf.

    Do not recommend for streaming cable!

    The Hisense brand says compatible with most streaming services except Roku. I bought this specifically to get rid of cable box from Xfinity. Turns out this tv will NOT connect to Xfinity app! This should plainly be stated up front before someone buys the tv. When I called Hisense for help, I found representatives curt and unwilling to listen.

    WiFi Sucks

    I was replacing a smaller TV. I placed this TV in the same location and connected it to 4 different WiFi networks. The TV kept buffering and jumping regardless. The old TV worked perfectly. I ended up having to run a wired connection. Not impressed!

    Last 2 TVs I picked up from Best Buy both had cracked screens. I buy a lot of TVs for business and having to replace them a lot these days. Mostly because glass is weak and cracks easily

    You must go into Settings and reconnect to wifi every time you turn the tv on. Other than that, it seems ok for a $120 tv.

    A Good TV, Not a Great 'Device'

    The Positives: Setup was relatively easy other than the graphics on the TV screen did not match the buttons on the remote. The picture is exceptional for a smaller, inexpensive, TV. The backlight, brightness, contrast, dynamic range, filters and other settings are more than adequate to dial in personal preferences (select 'user' for full control). The 'blacks' are impressively deep and not washed-out dark greys. Image reflections (water surface, car finishes and shiny metal) are noticeably immersive and attractive. Detail and clarity (even on action) are also very good given the refresh rate is only 60 Hz. From a 'viewing' perspective, I highly recommend this TV. The Negatives: If you are not well acquainted with streaming interfaces, do not activate the Google TV account. Doing so disables half of the buttons on the remote and eliminates immediate control of the TV (source input, settings and etc.). I do not know if this is an issue with Google TV or the Hisense implementation, but once the Google TV account was activated, I was lost. I'm sure the necessary controls are buried under the mediocre, open license, free content, but I couldn't find them. I tried using the voice remote feature, but it did not seem to respond. After 20 minutes of frustration, I removed the Google TV account which resulted in a complete system reset and another full TV setup. If you have Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ (or other) accounts, I recommend trying to log into them separately and not through Google TV. I did this with Netflix and Prime Video which seemed to work just fine. Google TV also loaded several apps that I did not need, want or request. Finally, I wish the remote had numerical input so that I could directly select broadcast channels and it would be helpful if there was a true manual or user guide (I can't locate one) rather than just the provided quick start guide. I know this may sound more negative than positive, but I am actually quite pleased with the purchase now that it is back to being just a TV that lets me watch cable and broadcast TV and is no longer a streaming 'device' (other than the aforementioned Netflix and Prime Video directly available on the remote). The picture really is crisp, clear and vibrant.
