A smart TVs offers many applications not otherwise available with a conventional television, but it also has some disadvantages, e.g., when I switch from cable to smart TV apps, the sound is extremely loud unless I turn down the volume considerably. Also, the remote does not allow me to fast forward or reverse like my other smart television. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

It is the slowest TV I have ever had though. Takes what seems like forever to get to a place to select a channel.

Cons: first tv would not set-up correctly, tech support stinks, Wi-fi isn't working well. Every time I use the tv I have to connect the wi-fi. I'm tech savvy and the set-up issues and wi-fi are frustrating. If you don't have that it's great.

It has blue tooth connectivity. So I could use noise cancelling headphones with this. It is smart capable & has google assist. You can add apps to this tv., unlike the xumo tv. Hinsense & TCL were similar in quality. So it all came down to the price. However, I will have to update the review since I did not have time to unbox it yet.
