Worse Tv ive ever bought hands down. This brand puts barcode stickers on the actual screen and you have to figure out how to take them off without scratching the screens. Who does that?! Unfornately we bought 2 and both had barcodes on screens and multiple strips of tape on sides of tv. I understand tv’s come with labels on sides that are stuck on to the tv’s you need to peel off, but its not this kind of tape. On the top right side of the tv there is “R7” on the screen upside down. Its inside the screen of the tv. The amount of regret i feel right now for taking a chance on this Hisense is overwhelming. We’ve own many different brands of tv’s from samsung, element, toshiba, sony, insignia, vizio, etc and ive never been this let down. Never again will i buy a hisense. Now i have to return these 2 tv’s i bought for my daughters. DO NOT BUY IT! Spend the extra $40 and get a better brand.

I bought this item and came damage from the box The outside box was prefect but the tv is looking like someone run him with a "car" Costumer service offer to sell me a new one but no to replaced They said to contact Hisense personal for a replacement I use to buy a big number of TV but now I start buying from BJ,s . I'm still waiting to be call to pick up my replacement

This is the most android tv I have ever had. I do not recommend purchasing this tv. I returned it once because the screen had those colorful cracked lines, and now it has it again. The tv is always untouched so I don’t understand how this keeps happening.

TV has developed black lines across the screen, and a big rainbow colored blotch in the upper right hand corner. You get what you paid for, I might as well have set fire to $130.
