NOT GREAT SOUND-WISE

I'm not talking about it getting louder during commercials - it's during the show itself that the sound changes.

Refund/repair tv

I took it to the store for repair, they told me that even if I had the repair plan, the technician told me that I had to pay for the repair of the TV plus $85 dollars for shipping, I would practically have to spend the same as a new TV, I'm really disappointed

Just okay

If You Want to Watch HULU Buy a Different Brand

Best Buy is horrible.

I don’t like you. So, I’m not going to accept your return. Why Best Buy is going out of business. Will buy all electronics on Amazon. They don’t do “manager’s discretion”.

denied my claim

They have other matters to attend to.

Disrespectful Best Buy

It stop working in 2 weeks and I bring it back to the store in two weeks and they refuse to fix it, give me another one are help me out. They telling me to call the TV company name to help.
