We did everything including calling Hisense support. Now the hassle to put it back in the box and return it. The salesman should have been absolutely sure he was looking up the correct product before confirming that it supports Hulu. I’m guessing he looked up a different Hisense TV that does have Hulu. I can’t give it 5 stars based on not being able to set it up and erroneous information

HULU NOT COMPATIBLE

Called Cust Svc and they flat out said buy a streaming stick....lol pay more money bc their tv doesnt have it...I will be returning this product.
