It's been about 4 weeks in use for me and here are key points with cons far outweighing pros. Pros - good screen quality for the price. Cons: Poor sound quality which is a joke since the TV advertised "Virtual: X multi-dimensional sound". Worse more, the optical audio output that I use to connect to my surround system and enhance the sound wasn't working correctly depending on what content platform was played (i.e. No sound through my surround sound connections when I watched Amazon nor Netflix, but random content such as YouTube sound worked perfectly). Which lead to my final big issue: poor customer service. When I inquired about my sound problems, I was led to use chat that was obviously an AI driven service because I was asked the same question four times (unless a human was toying with me). And my "solution" to fix the sound issue was to "get a new audio cable". OK, sure I somehow have an audio cable that only works when I play YouTube and my sound issues have nothing whatsoever to do with the new VIDAA TV, right! With no help from VIDAA I figured out that I needed to select "PCA" to get it set up - hope this helps others. Lastly, the VIDAA SMART content or functionality is not worth getting excited about. It will make you miss cable.

Perfect for a smaller room. Great picture and color. Light weight and easy to mount.

For the money this is a good secondary TV. It has a good picture and a decent number of features. Sound is fine. You will need to do some adjustment in the settings otherwise the sound is kind of thin. The only thing that is missing is an ethernet port so you need to rely on good wireless for streaming apps.

Bought for my son and he loves it. Nice picture and easy to use. My husband wants one for our room now haha.

This TV was light weight and easy to set up. If you have a wall mount this is ideal.

We got this for pur bedroom to replacr a smaller Samsung. The picture quality is reaaly good. The sound is very good also. Overall better than the Samsung which surprised us. The only issue we had in the beginning was it wasn’t recognizing the optical cable for our soundbar and we had to keep selecting it. It eventually worked itself out and mow recognizes it automatically. Very happt with this purchase.

Great product but if you’re looking for a TV that carries Hulu, then this isn’t for you. Does offer other great channels.

Great TV at a really great price! Was surprised to find the bezel is really small and the back of the tv is aluminum! Couldnt ask for more for a budget guest room smart tv. VIDAA is actually quite good and easy to navigate much like roku and fire tv's. Definitely recommend grabbing it on a sale but even at base price its impressive build quality vs other more expensive options I've purchased
