Had a 32 that wasn't a smart tv, this was the perfect size for the bedroom, great picture and a smart TV. Covered all the bases without additional streaming devices. Happy with the choice.

Got this as an extra TV for kids room. Satisfied with the purchase so far. Great picture quality! No frames freezing or overheating (make sure to remove all shipping tapes). We have a bigger Hisense Android TV as a main TV. So this brand proved the quality and durability. We were not sure about "Vidaa" but it does its job pretty well, has plenty of pre-installed apps and is easy to use.

Good TV and picture is perfect. I love the built in smart feature. Very light weight to hang on the wall. Perfect for a bedroom or smaller space.

Small and cozy tv for the kids room. I didn’t want to spend too much on a tv for the kids because the first time I bought them a tv they broke it. At first I thought it wasn’t going to be that good of a quality but it actual supersede my expectations. It’s pretty good quality for the prince specially if it’s for kids or like a side room not the main living room.

I bought this t.v. for my 11 year old Step son as an up grade and Graduation Gift.The picture is clear.Color is great and sound is amazing.I m very happy with the purchase and so is my Step son he loves it.It is a good deal.

I love it! I love the feature that it will turn off automatically so your tv won’t burn out. Great quality and picture. Great size for your bedroom. The sound could be a little better but really great for the price!

I have had this TV for almost 2 years now and I love it! I watch netflix and disney+ on it all the time, it's super lightweight and has so much life to it.

The sound is great. I keep mine no higher than 10 for volume. I don't like you can't download apps.

Purchased the TV for an exercise area. It is mounted on a wall in a corner - and with that I'd expect the sound to be "ok". However, the sound is terrible with this TV. It is either ridiculously loud or almost so quiet you can't hear anything. It is almost impossible to turn up the TV to a level that the conversations are clear without the background music being so ridiculously loud that it almost hurts your ears. I've tried changing the speaker settings on the TV and changing the sound settings on the streaming services and nothing works. I also bought this TV because I wanted to be able to use my Bluetooth headphones with this (so that I don't wake up my entire house at 4am when I'm working out - even more so with the miserable sound output on this TV). BUT! This TV does NOT have that capability. Frankly it was the only reason I bought this TV - incorrectly assuming that all TV's now have Bluetooth connectivity with other devices. Also, very frustrated that I cannot download the Bally Sports App. It does not show as an App that I can download. All my other Hisense TV's can get this app - why can't this one? Otherwise, the picture is great as expected. So, 2 stars for me. Picture is good but the App selection and Sound is miserable for this product. I wish I would've returned it right away but I didn't - so I'm stuck with it.

Good value tv, good picture and light weight, easy to use

Perfect size tv for one person in a small room. Or even for the kids. Un able to download any other apps on it. Would recommend if you like something simple.

Good but compared to other brands and os platforms couldn't link to my home automation, no Ethernet port so very unstable wifi link constantly disconnected, doze mode with wifi affected Alexa, couldn't link to Alexa and Google at same time. Vidaa platform lacks popular apps like hulu, if home automation links are what you are looking for this TV is not your friend, been trying to link with home assistant and openhab and homekit with no joy due to root certificate issues.

So far so good. Great picture, average sound, fairly easy to use. Works well with my home theater system. Just hope it lasts longer than the Insignia it replaced. That one only made it a little over a year, before it died. I had the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, so they gave me full credit for the Insignia, and a great deal on the Hisense.

I purchase 2 40” Hisence smart tvs for my kids rooms. One was an upgrade from a 27’ tv/dvd combo and one was replacing a 40’ Samsung that was turning purple in the center (bad for ps4 gaming). The new tvs has clean and crisp picture quality. Speakers sound clear. Very very impressed by overall quality and performance at a unbeatable price!!!

Picture and sound quality are OK. But the VIDAA setup does not support a lot of applications, particularly HULU and HBO/MAX. Their instructions for viewing those networks is through the built-in browser. Remote is kind of cludgy. There are versions of this TV that use a different operating system that probably work better. For the price, might make a good budget gaming monitor
