Great Hisense customer service

Called Hisense and was able to speak to friendly professional that solved my problem and I was off the phone in less than 15 minutes!

Good TV (Xfinity Stream App Not Available)

Luckily, we have a Roku stick that we could use for Xfinity Stream. Otherwise, a good quality TV, easy to navigate and definitely worth the price.

First and last time buying Hisense

This TV lagged all the time for the apps to load. Also it would close out from apps from time to time. I ended using my extended warranty and returned it.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly it’s just so many glitches in this tv from day one hour one of connecting the cord , the remote works when it wants I’ll have to keep pressing the button over and over and nothing , the quality is ehh Imean I purchased This tv for my 11 yr old son I thought it be suitable for a boy who just acts like a boy we didn’t need top of the knotch but geez smh lol I would Not recommended especially anything larger than 40 inches Hisense vidaa it’s a no for me i use To have a hisense Roku now I liked That one and it still works fine picture quality is way better to. Sorry don’t like to complain but this is my honest review

Display quality is good for an inexpensive TV. I use with a Firestick, so do not really use the Smart functions.

Hisense - 40" Class A4G Review

I thought the picture was decent. I wasn't impressed by the operating system's app selection. It's nice that you can talk to the TV, but the process to do so was too much as you have to download Alexa. Overall, I still think it's a very nice TV for the price.
