Great picture and easy set up

Fresh Out The Box! Defect! DO NOT BUY!

Got a great deal on this TV. Purchased it for my mother in law. She didn't open it immediately but when she did there was a defect with the screen. My issue isn't with the defect but with Hisense not responding to a warranty claim. I've submitted my request online but haven't heard anything back. Please save your time and money!

One hiccup a few months in

Did have some issues with software after a few weeks. Customer service did get back to use within 24 hours with a resolution. Just nervous it happened so soon after purchase.

Do not buy

This TV is less than three months old and glitches nonstop. It refuses to open apps and will have them loading forever, or will open them and immediately close them out. For the love of god please do not buy this tv. Not to mention that a good number of popular apps are not downloadable on this TV, you’ll have to buy a fire stick or Roku to get the good stuff. Invest elsewhere, I wish I did.

Not the best thing

Terrible
