    I purchased this TV during the Black Friday Deal, the new one are out of stock, so I purchased a Geek Squad Certified Excellent condition open-box TV. It suppose to be perfect condition without any physical flaws, and guess what I got? A TV with multiple dead pixel on the screen. Clearly the Geek Squad Certified means nothing, I dont think they check the item at all! So I went to the store and wants to get a replacement. They told me they dont have any in stock, so I need to pay $70 more to get a newst model!! Is this okay, Best Buy? The Balck Friday deal was $99 for a new one, and because I got a defective item, I need to pay $70 more? Worst Buy!!

    Tv won’t turn on. Doesn’t load apps and will shut its self off if it is working.

    Love this tv!! Got it for my bedroom, and it really upgraded my space! This was my first tv purchase (and my first from Hisense as well), and I'm very satisfied :) The best part is how affordable it is for such a high quality tv! It took me only like 15 minutes to get it fully set up and logged in... Definitely recommend. User friendly!

    Fit nicely into our TV cabinet (Purchased the 40 inch TV). Set up was easy. We use both streaming and an outside antenna. Light weight. Good picture quality for the price.

    My Vizio Smart TV bit the dust and I started shopping on Best Bu for a new one. Initially, I was considering a 40-inch Samsung TV which goes for $239, but found this Hisense TV on sale for $149.99. After doing some research, I found out that the Samsung TV is a 2019 while the Hisense 40A4GV is a 2022 model. I chose the Hisense TV which turned out to be a good choice. Unpacking and installing the TV was a breeze. I don't know why, but TV manufacturers have been going really cheap with TV stands lately. I purchased a Sony KDL40W600B Smart TV from Best Buy in 2015 which came with an excellent stand. I mounted this TV on a PERLESMITH Table Top TV Stand for 32-55 inch LCD LED TVs. Setting up for this TV was straightforward and simple. The menus are well laid out and easy to understand. I use an antenna for Live TV along with DirecTV. This TV works well with Alexa. There are two, Alexa Skills for this TV, The Hisense Smart TV Skill and the Vidaa Skill. The Hisense Smart TV Skill is used to control the TV with an Amazon device such as an Echo. The Vidaa Skill is used to interact with Alexa on your TV with the Alexa built-in service. There is no Voice Remote Control with this TV, so you can download and install Hisense's Remote Control App on your mobile device and use this to interact with Alexa. You will need to setup both a Hisense and Vidaa account if you plan on using both skills, or only a Hisense account if you don't plan on using the built in Alexa capability. I control the TV using an Echo which seems to work fairly well. Turning the TV On and Off, controlling the volume, changing Input, and even changing Live TV channels all can be done with voice commands. I mentioned earlier that I use an antenna for Live TV. What I really like about this TV versus the Vizio I owned previously is that I can actually tune any Live TV channel using my voice, whereas my Vizio would only ever tune to channel 3. For example, if I tell Alexa to tune to channel 3.2, I say Alexa, tune the TV to channel 3 tac 2 (3-2) and it goes right to it. I haven't tried all the Alexa commands, but the ones I tried work OK. The picture and sound quality are really good. The bezel on this TV is really small so the picture takes up the entire display and is clear and vibrant. The sound fills the room and there is even a built in equalizer to tweak the sound to your liking. The EN2B30H remote control (although not pictured on Best Buy's or Hisense's website) is well laid out and simple to use. The TV is very responsive whether using the remote control or an Amazon Echo. Even though this is a newer TV, I was able to get basic functions (power, volume, channels) to work with an older RC-65 remote control. This TV is exclusive to Best Buy. It is a bargain if you buy it at the $149.99 sale price and add a 5-year protection plan for $29.99. I highly recommended Best Buy protection plans because Best Buy really honors these plans. They junked out my Vizio TV and issued me a store credit for the cost of that TV which I used to buy this one. If you are looking for an additional or replacement TV this is an affordable and excellent choice.

    Best tv I have ever owned, hands down! Wish they had exact tv with bigger screen. Purchased next generation 43" and it didnt compare to this tv in many ways i was so disappointed. If they had this exact tv in a bigger screen size i would pay extra for it just based on sound quality, brightness, easy use, durability of the tv and remote that came with it, light weight, strong/durable screen, great packaging, easy handling and easy to use settings. Literally not one complaint besides the screen size which was the biggest available. Best tv ever owned in 20 years!!

    Great tv, quality picture, and super light. only downside was VIDAA doesn’t support Hulu. Super easy to set up and easy to mount on the wall. Pairs well with a soundbar when setting up the tv for the first time.

    I've usually bought the more expensive TV brands in the past but was on a tight budget this time. The Hisense 40" smart TV surprised me ... Excellent quality, simple setup and good value. Best Buy's follow-up was unexpected and showed their concern with total customer satisfaction. Great product & an excellent buying experience.

    This TV is great for a bedroom / guest room The PROs Picture quality is AMAZING Sound is GREAT, this is a LOUD TV Easy to set up and use Netflix, Disney , Prime, youtube The CONS The remote is Clunky No Hulu or HBO max app store is saturated with 3rd party streaming services ITS IS BRIGHT AT NIGHT - can not adjust single setting have to do all or nothing Overall this is a great TV espically for kids, i hope they update it to include HULU and HBO.

    We purchased this TV for our guest bedroom. The setup was easy, the picture and sound quality is great. The only thing I wish it had was a few more selections as far as the apps - I was trying to add Xfinity, but it isn't available. Not a big deal though, as it has most other streaming apps.
