I'm impressed with the quality of the picture for what I paid. I couldn't set the TV up through google home. It was easy enough to set up using my email address. Pro tip: make sure you change your inputs to enhanced format by hitting the menu button above the Netflix button. I'm not completely sold on google TV. It's buggy and ad heavy. It's on a lot of TV's for a reason and the reason isn't functionality. Other than that for the money you're paying this TV is an okay choice. I find the way Hisense lays the panel on top of the frame interesting most manufacturers frame the panel in to protect the corners.

Amazing TV for the price. I was looking to upgrade to a 4K TV for my family room PC gaming/TV watching/VR supporting needs but didn't want to drop a lot of money. I expected I'd have to make lots of compromises for the $200 I spent on this, but luckily there were practically none. Picture quality is excellent - dark blacks and very bright colors. No, it doesn't look like an OLED, but it's not over a $1000 either! My only complaint here is the TV menu itself seems overly bright, and this applies to the Windows desktop too. You'll want to set your brightness to 35 or so for the best results. PC support is very good. I was expecting less, so was very surprised to see a real 4K desktop (not upscaled) which is very crisp, and runs solidly at 60Hz. Sound quality is excellent! Better than my primary living room 75-inch Vizio. There's even a sound option for wall-mounted, which works quite well. This is one of the TV's best features. Google TV works really well, with little to no lag. I use a Google TV dongle in another room and it works just as well on this TV. I like the remote even better, with the six TV channel presets it really saves some time. For $200 dollars, it's hard to go wrong.

I bought this TV over a year ago and I have not had any issues with it. I always thought the 4k picture would be better, however I just upgraded my internet to fiber optic and now I see why you pay extra for a 4k TV. Picture is great, easy to use, low price!

Great Picture! The color, contrast, etc settings are easy to adjust. Have enjoyed having the Google TV available! Terrific bargain pricewise when comparing to some of the major brands OLED models. Terrific TV for the bedroom.

This is our second Hisense 4K TV; we’ve had a good experience with the first set we bought last year, so when it was time to add a new, reasonably-priced-but-not-too-cheap TV, I was comfortable looking at the brand again. I like the Google TV interface more than Roku’s, and my family already uses several Google services, so it’s nice to be able to log into our existing accounts and have certain preferences automatically transfer over to new devices. It makes the initial setup feel easy. The picture quality on the Hisense TVs is really bright and vibrant. The first thing I always do on any new TV is manually turn off every artificial picture enhancement option like motion smoothing for every input, because they always make whatever I’m watching look plastic and fake, as opposed to how the filmmakers intended it to look. There are a LOT of these “enhancements” to turn off these days, but the end result is always worth it. The only negative I have with this TV so far is the sound quality in the built-in speakers. No matter how much I tweak the equalization, everything sounds tinny and flat, with no room for any nuance, which wasn’t the case with the last Hisense TV we bought (that one sounds surprisingly good for TV speakers). Overall, it’s a nice TV, especially at that price-point, and it serves its purpose for the room it’s in, but I would recommend at least getting a soundbar with it if you’re planning on using it as your primary entertainment screen.

I purchased this TV as a gift and was very excited because I got a great deal on this open box TV. When I got it home and turned it on there was a line down the center of it and lines across the top of it. Upon further inspection, it had been cracked at the very top of the screen, probably when being removed from the display wall. I saw the TV the day before on the wall and there were no issues with it whatsoever. I came back the next day to pick it up, so I did not see the removal from the display wall. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, and went home in my car in the standing up position in a very safe environment. It was carried directly into my house and plugged in once the bubble wrap was removed. I was issued a refund, but was extremely disappointed because it was a good picture and an incredible deal. Just one of many disappointing experiences. I’ve had with Best Buy in the last six months. Especially in the open box arena. Lots of misinformation and misrepresentation. I’m still giving it four stars because it really did have a good picture with pretty decent contrast. If you run across one of these and a good deal, I would definitely recommend it. I just had to state my disappointment with Best Buy in my experience..

Great TV for the price!! Lots of extras built in, and did I mention the price, can't say enough about the picture either, I don't even have to go hunting for my spectacles to be able to see the guide on my My favorite (preloaded I'd like to add) streaming technology ever, Google TV!! If this TV disappoints you then I guess you should be officially appointed to the TV-snoberatzee LoL but seriously this is a phenomenally great price for this TV!!

We have had this for a year now and could not be happier with the TV, or our decision to buy it. We have not had a single hiccup with it, all aspects and features were perfect from the day we turned it on and they have remained so, whether viewing on cable, on Prime, on Inet streaming, or using a cheap antenna when our cable & internet services were down, it has never failed to provide perfect picture for viewing and excellent sound. You cannot go wrong with this product. We keep it on virtually 24/7 for a pet friendly environment when we are gone, or sleeping, so it has not been babied.

My SO uses this as a monitor for WFH... She was very hesitant to be using such a large screen so close up being at a desk. Luckily this little TV works a dream as a monitor even at a close viewing distance due to 4k. Picture quality is MUCH better than the Samsung 6000 series 40" it replaced. Good colors, text is easy to read without a lot of artifacts.

For the money this little TV is awesome. I have bigger and fancier TVs but I built a home arcade and used this as the screen for it. The Google TV is nice and compiles your different services together. The apps launch quickly and the picture is very nice for the price. Finally this TV is louder than average. I thought I would want separate speakers for it but there's really not a need for it.

Picture looks good. Although it says HDR, dont expect it in 4K - I think it only works in 1080p. Hooked up to a PS5 it makes the games look great but HDR would be better. Having Google bult in keeps it smarter than Roku since you automatically get Chromecast - a plus of Android users.

I have the previous model Android OS. Horrible remote, WiFi connectivity issues from day one. Bluetooth requires a hard reset to pair, if at all, and usually doesn't work or drops, using any of my devices including my home stereo, portable Bluetooth boom box, two sound bars, etc. Picture quality at the price is the only redeeming quality of this horrible, frustrating beyond my capacity to believe pile of circuit boards. Never a Hisense again. And the remote is cheap and not durable, begins to lose functions, no physical or liquid damage at any time. It's simply cheap junk.

I don’t explicitly hate this tv. But I’m also not in love with it. It’s merely satisfactory for a bedroom TV. For contrast my living room has a 77” Sony Bravia 8 OLED with a Samsung HW-Q990F, so I was not expecting much from this unit. But picture quality is good for the price, sound does lack a bit on the low end, and can be piercing at higher ends—think futurama intro— but it’s a great TV for what I wanted, and have no plans on replacing it
