Nice picture, the sound is Ok, but the smart features are pretty slow, is not very responsive.

Bought for an older parents. Easy to use interface made it very simple to set up. Being able to connect it to our android phone made things even easier. Great color and quality which, honestly, we weren't expecting at this price

This is a perfectly good TV for the price but you do need to have reasonable expectations. Picture quality is great when viewed straight on. Yes, the picture quality does decline with sharp viewing angles from the TV. Is this unwatchable, no not for me, but if you have high expectations, this TV might be better used as a secondary TV and you spend money for something upper tier. Sound is mediocre, but all TV have mediocre sound. Set up was a breeze and the androidTV interface works great. I choose to stream to this TV with a Roku and it works great too.

Excellent TV for the price and size. Has all the benefits of Android TV and Dolby Vision is ALWAYS a plus! Perfect for a bedroom, kitchen or patio.

Purchased this smart Tv from Best Buy for my teenage Son It was easy to connect to his phone and set up his game systems and apps Beautiful picture quality and affordable price plus We added the protection plan for a few bucks more.

Purchased this tv for my mother-in-law then again for my sister-in-law. Easy to setup and use, feature rich and easy navigation for them. They both report that they can hear and see clearly.

very nice picture, easy to set up. I like the operating system. A little fussy with some devices but is works great with newer devices as a monitor.

Great quality and picture for the price. Easy to unpack and set up. Sometimes the picture for streaming apps is lower quality, but usually the 4K picture (UHD) is really quite good.

First of all, I must say I was VERY pleasantly surprised when the TV was actually delivered on Christmas Eve! Kudos to Best Buy for THAT for sure! The TV itself has been AWESOME! I must admit that I haven't had much time to get to know it; however, I LOVE the sound, the picture, the number of HDMI ports, etc. I was able to connect my Roku (yes, Roku because there are certain things I need that I can't get on the TV itself), my soundbar, and DVD player (yes, DVD player because the Good Witch movies were not available for streaming, so I had to buy the DVD collection! LOL). Once I have time to learn more about the TV and all its functionality, I'm sure I'll love it even more!

Great picture, easy to use. The only issue is the fact that you have to clear the system cache every now and then.

Decent quality smart TV. Data storage prompt issues (despite lots of free space) and slow performance occasionally.

Works great. The quality is good too. One small issue: The remote doesnt repond too nicely. If you pause a video, you cant unpause it using the relevant button. You need to press OK to unpause.

Easy to set up and works well with my android phone and PS5, have not used it yet with a Nintendo Switch but all the apps are fine and picture is nice, one of the only smaller 4K options and my first 4K TV. The bevel is almost non existent which adds well to display and picture quality. I did experience a green screen issue with the PS5 using an HDMI switch but plugging the PS HDMI directly into the TV fixed the issue. (Did not green screen with old TV using same splitter methods)

Bought this tv for my son's room when he comes over, great picture and set up the Android tv the same as his home, he loves and Geek Squad installed it.....

So far so good. Great picture, features are easy to use and works great with my android device. I'm sure there are better TVs but for the price I'm more than satisfied.

Purchased for bedroom/low light area. Primarily operating Apple TV 4K. Was very impressed with the picture quality - it's my 3rd 4K HDR set and is the best of the bunch.

Snappy UI and looks great paired with my Xbox. The 43" size is perfect for my game room. The HDR 10 and Dolby Vision makes the games really pop.

Always a 4. Most tv’s on low price range have tinty sound. You can though use settings to adjust bass some to get a well ok sound. Not best for sure. Also if you use a sound bar Dont use optical out from tv to bar. Tried it not much better. Optical from cable box to bar. Very. I’d get a sound bar that can be used with same remote for tv, cable box, tv. My sound bar recommended it’s own remote. Great picture nice. Crisp. 43”

Excellent TV for a great price. I would definitely recommend this product. Colors are vivid and crisp looking. The menu is very easy to understand.
