    Great tv for the price. This is a Google TV and the set up caused some issues. It requires a credit card # if you set up the Google part. I got hacked immediately and had to cancel my credit card.

    The sales associate was very helpful and informative about the item I was looking to purchase. We couldn’t find the television on the floor so he looked it up to confirm there was one in stock. He even grabbed the ladder/stairs and climbed up to look and find the television I wanted

    I bought this TV thinking it was a 4K tv since it says in it's description LED 4K UHD HDR and on the box it says UHD 4K. Turns out it's not a true 4K TV. I receive 4K on my satellite. When I went watch the 4K channels I got a message saying the tv can't show the content because the tv doesn't support that resolution. So I can't watch the 4K channels on my satellite or on some of the streaming services I pay for. Best I can tell this is a 1080P TV that upscales. When I went to check the resolution the highest resolution it was initially marking off was 1080i. 1080P was present but it wasn't checked. I checked the circle for 1080P resolution and got a message saying the system had to check if it could support that resolution. The system was able to support 1080P. That is certainly not a 4K TV. In my opinion I find the labeling in the description and on the box misleading. I didn't return the tv because although I purchased the tv for Christmas I only mounted it on my wall yesterday 2/8/25 because BESTBUY was going to charge me around $250 to mount the tv, mind you I already have a wall mount bracket for the tv on the wall. The bad thing is I didn't know it wasn't an actual 4K until I mounted the tv on my wall and completed the set up process. This is first and last Hisense TV I will purchase based on this experience.

      Hi JavierP, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 43A7N. This TV supports 4K upscaling. However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K.
