Mediocre TV with plenty of adjustment options

Light bleed around the perimeter of the tv is highly noticeable in dark scenes. Picture adjustments are plentiful and appreciated. Im glad this is simply a bedroom TV as it gets the job done but that light bleed its very distracting.

Really bad skin tones and image quality.

I tried everything and read articles on calibration because there is no manual or specific explanations on the image settings. I am comparing to how poor it looks compared to my 6 year old Samsung UHD 40" tv. This has higher specs which is really meaningless. You get what you pay for. But I worry that even current Samsung tvs may not be as good as my old one. This 43" was meant to replace the 40" Samsung in the sitting room. Too bad it is junk.

Fine for Cheap TV.

Best Buy Customer Service is a JOKE!!!

My wife and I went to the local store and picked out this TV to go in our RV. On the day it was supposed to arrive I checked online and it appeared it had not shipped. I was never informed that it was not shipped. I opened a chat and the agent couldn’t explain but assisted in getting it expedited for reshipment. She opened a case number to track the issue. Well guess what, the second order never shipped. No explanation and no communication that it didn’t ship. But no TV ever shipped and all of the communication was one way. ME asking questions with no answers. I then called and talked to someone in your offshore call center. They had no answers but said to give them 48 hours. We are now talking 2 weeks after we went to the local store. Guess what, I never got a call back and no explanation. I just got an email saying a refund had been issued. One of the poorest experiences I have ever had with any company! So, we ordered a new TV from another company and it was delivered as promised. Next time I will start with the other company and never deal with Best Buy again. Sad because Best Buy used to have good customer service.

STAY AWAY!!

Great TV…No Xfinity Stream App Compatibility

Still trying to figure out a way to get my xfinity channels on this TV thats in the garage. Makes absolutely no sense to me at all!!
