It freezes up and you can’t do nothing until you unplug it. It’s aggravating to say the least. It happens on both my 43” and 55” android TVs

This size worked great for what we needed and the picture is awesome. We had a hisense before and never encountered issues. Having a smart Tv is a must for us and if it’s 4K, even better.

WIFI from TV Was Defective!

The response time when starting or moving from an application is delayed ... I sincerely hoped that this new design would be faster.

The picture quality is great when compared to 1080P but when compared to other 4K tv's, it falls down. Blacks tend to pixelized. Personally, I think it's ok, my wife thinks it's great. So I guess it comes down to how picky you are!

2 months owned, FREEZES ALL THE TIME

While streaming it freezes also. You cannot rewind or fastforward well because the response is so bad. The screen freezes and only sound continues if you do try to rewind or fast forward. Goodluck doing anything on this tv. You will need a lot of patience to use this. The quality of picture is good especially for the price, but you pay a price in how you use it. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING!
