Next day while I’m watching a show it will be stuck on a picture but the audio is still playing. It gets really slow and stuck. If it continues this way at the end of the week. I’ll be returning it.

The biggest problem, there are so many choices for programming, that I feel i will not live long enough to try them all.

The picture is not great or for beginners

The remote is hard to navigate it doesn’t have an info button or an exit button. I was excited about the tv, but I’m going to take it back and get something that’s easier to navigate with a clearer picture and not all these extra features that I’m not really going to use.

I’ve been having trouble with the color saturation though (only the red) and yes I can change the settings BUT it’s only one some TV shows? And it is REALLY horrible on the ones that I have trouble with, the red is so strong faces are completely gone. I’m really not sure why it’s a problem on some and not all. So I’m constantly changing settings back and forth and that’s rather aggravating.

Please do a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
