Slow, unreliable

Ran out of storage first week, had to add a USB pen drive. Ended up buying a Roku so we could watch shows... Without fighting it endlessly... Except if course when it wants to update... Sigh

Utter Garbage

The reason for THIS review is the incredibly poor performance. The TV would freeze for longer than 300 seconds trying to launch any apps. Inevitably the whole TV became unresponsive to any remote inputs. I eventually had to unplug it for several minutes to force a reset so it would run smoothly after boot just so I could manage to get to my TV settings and factory reset the whole thing to send it back. This was only after a WEEK of occasional use (~2 hr/night) It'll be a long time before I ever consider Hisense a viable option for a TV again.

She no loner has to connect to other programs like Netflix and more through an internet connected DVD player. She can just click on the program she wants right on the remote.

It does a nice job of showing my cameras and then also switching to another HDMI port to watch TV. Although I prefer Roku, the base smart-TV system isn't bad.
