The agent installed my TV mount,TV on the wall, Receiver, link master remote and set up the sound output for the system and Linksys WiFi . He did a awesome job.

I AM SO IMPRESSED! IAM VERY PLEASED WITH HISENSE WORK AND TECHNOLOGY. WELL DONE! THEY CERTAINLY HAVEN'T LET THE GRASS GROW UNDER THEIR FEET.

The color isn't exactly natural, a bit over saturated. But seems ok for few hours of watching a week. A bit slow in response, but I am old and have all the time in the world left to wait.

The one issue I have is the Bert picture quality is directly in front of the tv. As you move from side to side you lose a lot. I do not have this issue with my other tv - a Sony

Did not expect to buy a television, but when this one was pointed out as a solution to a problem I had by the sales representative, I took a chance and have been extremely pleased with the result.

Been thinking about getting a larger TVs. Decided to check out Best Buy and so glad I did. One of your teammates was knowledgeable and helped me decide what brand and size would worked good for me.

We've had the tv for about a month, I normally buy Samsung but the salesman at the store said we would be just fine and he was correct. Easy hook up and programing and haven't had any issues as of yet!

I bought this relatively unknown brand based on price and the fact that it would fit in my TV cabinet. Has more types of connections for audio out than they let on. Great Buy

I was a little concerned about the name brand and my salesperson highly recommended it. This is a really great television and very easy to set up. Great television for the money.

It is a great TV for its price, but its smart hub does not support or include major apps like Showtime on demand or HBOGO which is frustrating.

I bought this Tv but wasn't all what I expected. I bought just to play PS4 and watch Blu Ray movies but in reality, this tv is only made to watch cable.

I have normally purchased the more popular brands for TVs. This is my first Hisense and it's a great TV. I wish it was Android based but I can get over that with no problem.

I'm using this TV as a PC monitor for the last 10 month and I love it. I had some problems getting 4K input in the beginning until I've changed the HDMI input I've used.

I bought this TV for my bedroom and couldn't be happier about it. It has a nice easy interface. I would love to see Bluetooth on it but at this price it is not likely.

I bought a bigger TV for living room and put smaller one in guest room, the smallest in my bedroom. Everything is working great so I am happy!

The OS on the tv could have been a little better as the Opera TV Store doesn't offer a lot of apps.

This is a great smart TV. It is very light which makes it easy to move from room to room. Love that it is a SMART TV to get to Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.

If you have a very limited budget for a new TV or are buying a secondary TV for a bedroom or something, steer clear. The apps are incredibly limited, and with the money you'd spend on a 4K streaming device, you could get a better quality TV. Not only are the apps shockingly sparse, but the black levels were so bad that I returned the TV the same evening I bought it. I wanted a bedroom TV for a vacation home, but I'd actually want to be able to enjoy the TV. There were these horrible bars on every dark thing in a scene. Bars across dark hair, shadows, etc. I watch a lot of movies (like Underworld) that are filmed in darker tones, so that just wouldn't do. I tried several picture setting combinations, but to no avail. I returned it and purchased one of the Vizio M-series displays for about $150 more. Totally worth it. If you can't spare the extra money for a better picture, then I would recommend getting a smaller, better quality TV before purchasing this.
