The screen is not crisp eventhough the broadcasting is in HD. However, I am reluctatnly satisfiled when I judge performance/price.

Did a firmware update which seemed to help for a little while then started having issues again. As of today the volume is crackling when you try to watch youtube, it won't connect to amazon video at all and if you get into netflix it kicks you out and sends you back to regular tv.

That's it. Period. Hulu does not play on the TV. We had to get a chromecast. NOW, Amazon doesn't play. We have to unplug the TV to get it to start. Customer service is unhelpful in every way. Do not purchase this tv. Get a Samsung, a vizio, or anything else.

You cannot download Hulu because it isn't compatible. The manufacturer advises to buy a fire stick. Not worth the price if you are looking for an actual smart tv.

Posted .Currently Hisense TV's do not include Hulu App. The TV comes pre-loaded with these Apps: Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Vudu, Youtube, Ultraflix, Facebook, Pandora, Opera Web Browser, and the Opera TV Store. Great for a 4k monitor

Best Buy was able to price match it with a competing store for $299, which was a fantastic deal. I had basically the exact same story as the top reviewer of this item. I too ordered a 4k TV from Wal-mart, and it arrived with a cracked screen. I hadn't heard of Hisense before, but after doing some reading, they're a fairly large company in China that have recently started selling here in the USA. Their customer support seems fantastic too, which is such a hard thing to come by these days. I expected a fair amount of input lag, but it's nothing that's affected my gaming or browsing at all. Overall quality is great too, especially for the price. It feels sturdy and doesn't wobble on my desk. Even the remote is nice. The directional pad has a 'clicky' feel, which really helps when navigating the various menus. The setup was easy too. It connects with wifi, does an update, and you can even register the TV warranty through... well, the TV itself. What really sealed the deal was the 4 year factory warranty. I am definitely happy with this purchase.
