Hard to beat the quality for the price. Excellent base and the easiest thing I’ve set up in some time. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a superb budget soundbar and surround sound.

I purchased this to replace an older soundbar that had broken. It was a little pricier than I wanted to pay, but it's been worth the amount. I love the different sound quality features and I can change it to suit what I'm watching or listening to, The wireless speakers deliver quality sound with no delays. I haven't had any issues so far after a month of daily usage and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality soundbar with speakers.

Great sound bar, have it in a smaller room and the surround sound is great also. I previously had a vizio sb36512-f6.

Sounds good and pairs easily with Hisense TV. Wish each speaker did not take up a power outlet but I guess it beats having to deal with running and hiding wires.

I purchased the Hisense AX512H soundbar primarily for its advertised Hi-Concerto feature, which promised the ability to use both TV and soundbar speakers simultaneously when paired with a compatible Hisense TV. As I own the Hisense 85U7N, this feature—along with the soundbar's competitive price—was the main reason I decided to try it. Unfortunately, I discovered that Hi-Concerto isn’t available in the U.S., despite being advertised in other regions, and there’s no estimated timeline for its implementation. Because of this, I decided to return it. That said, the soundbar did have some positives. The soundstage was impressively wide and filled my exposed-ceiling basement with an immersive, room-enveloping experience. Dialogue was clear and crisp, even at lower volumes, and the rear speakers created a genuine surround sound effect. The height speakers added a vertical dimension to the audio, making it feel as though I was truly in the middle of the action. However, the bass performance was disappointing. I had to turn the volume up past halfway just to feel or hear any bass, and by that point, the overall soundstage became unbearably loud and grating. This made watching TV uncomfortable, as the sound was overwhelming. At lower volumes, the bass was practically nonexistent and didn’t even attempt to hit the lower frequencies. Ultimately, while the AX512H is certainly an upgrade over standard TV speakers, it didn’t meet my expectations. If the Hi-Concerto feature had worked with my TV, I might have been able to fine-tune the system and find a setup that worked for me. However, between the missing feature, the lack of noticeable bass, and the excessive loudness at moderate volumes, I couldn’t justify keeping it. To make matters worse, Hisense’s customer service was a frustrating experience. When I contacted them about Hi-Concerto, they seemed unfamiliar with the feature until I provided links to their own website and YouTube channel. It then took four days to receive a response. Their eventual reply was a voicemail stating they couldn’t assist me, with no option to call back and speak directly to the representative who had contacted me. For these reasons, I’d recommend passing on the AX512H soundbar unless its specific features or capabilities are an absolute match for your needs.

Overall the sound is ok but the mids can be a bit tinny sounding. The sub is surprisingly powerful for it's price and size, it is definitely the highlight of the system. The biggest problem with the system is that the rears always have static no matter the configuration and because of that I never would recommend it. If you can do without rears the model without the rear speakers is a decent buy. Lastly the sub cannot be turned down or up independently from the bass of the sound bar itself. This means if you want the sub to be lounder or quiter it effects the overall sound and that is a big oversight especially for people who live in an apartment. In the end I returned the sound bar because I believe vizio offers a better experience at a similar or slightly higher price.

Its fairly loud but its amazing to watch movies with even in our living room with vaulted ceilings it sounds amazing.

I consider myself very knowledgeable about home surround sound equipment, and I must say, I was shocked when I saw that Hisense had a 5.1.2 system available. I purchased it and put it in my master bedroom and I was blown away at the quality of sound. I also purchased another LG surround sound and I am considering taking that one back for another Hisense.

Easiest setup ever. True plug and play. Really good sound... especially for the price.

The surround sound is absolutely incredible. It fills the room, making you feel like you’re right in the middle of the action. Whether it’s explosions in movies or subtle sound effects, the clarity and depth are unmatched. Love it!

The Hisense soundbar was the right purchase for me. It had everything I needed, from Bluetooth, to great sound, and was very easy to set up.

Very happy with this sound bar. Great sound and love the rear speakers. Only reason I deducted a star is for the remote. It has been poorly designed. Fortunately once set up you don’t need to use it much as you can sync with our tv or Amazon device remote.
