Had this tv delivered same day for birthday gift for teen. Once out of box we saw two broken pixels toward bottom right of tv. They never went away. Top left corner, light shows thru back of tv as if the tv wasn't put together properly. Picture looks really good. Sound is great in an 11x17 bedroom. Not sure its loud enough for living room. Birthday kid wanted tv exchanged for another one. The tv is cheaply made. The plus is the quality of the screen. Games and movies look amazing.

In the past the sales people were hard to find. I was very impressed with the help I received when I was looking for a tv. I hope they continue to be as helpful and knowledgeable as my last visit.

This has been a great product, after having this we decided to pura smaller size for kids room.

Good value and an almost perfect bedroom wall tv. Nintendo looks great and movies. It does lose sound on HDMI 3 occasionally. But like usual, unplug it and it starts working again.

Had a Hisense 42" 4k TV in our bedroom and saw this 50" on sale for even less than we paid for the 42". I assumed it would be nearly identical but just 8 inches bigger, which would've been fine. To my surprise, it's MUCH better than that. I'm fact, a lot of the things I didn't care for on the 42" have been fixed with the new one. I've of my least favorite things about the Google/Android TVs was the remote. They have completely redesigned the remote for the newer TV's and it's AWESOME. Also, even though I went from one 4k display to another, the overall improvements in the picture are stunning. I couldn't be happier!

Overall this is a really nice TV. I gave it 4 stars because the first one I purchased had multiple pockets of dead pixels. It took about a week but they replaced it for free. Aside from that it's a great purchase.

Great quality for the price. The sound quality is okay, if you use a room with decent sound treatment. I use headphones with my Apple TV.

I purchased this TV during Black Friday 2022 just under $300. I have never used Hisense products before but I have seen many of my friends and family members have at least one of their TVs in their homes. I was ‘reluctant’ to purchase one as seeing as their are commonly associated with budget, I assumed they would be of lower quality. I was glad to be proven wrong. The host of features and apps available in this Smart TV put my LG 4K TV to shame. With the integration of Google TV, using the nifty remote for searching and voice commands was seamless and very intuitive. In terms of picture quality, it is not going to perform as well as its more premium counterparts but for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, YouTube and other streaming apps, it will serve you well. It is not true 4K and the refresh rate is set to 75Hz, so you won’t get the best experience for playing on a PS5 or Xbox Series console. If you want all of that I mentioned plus 4K at 120Hz, I recommend you be prepared to spend a bit more in the more premium versions of Hisense TVs or other reputable brands.

Tv was great it has amazing graphics. highly recommend for the prize.

The TV is overall pretty good but I don't enjoy using Google TV it has too much random nonsense and should be just a launcher for streaming services.

The product is okay, but it has problems connecting the internet sometimes and waves on the screen background.

We bought this tv for our kids playroom. Perfect for them. The apps such as Netflix and Disney+ are slower than the Apple TVs we're using in other rooms but once something is playing there's no issues.

We love the Hisense TV’s. This is our second one for our home. We know this product is reliable! If you are doing your research as I did, you’ll not be disappointed.

This TV does have a good picture and sound, However, it gets very slow and laggy. I use it on my patio in the summer so it's not used like my main TV. When I finally get tired of it, I will not be buying another Hisense product.

Simply love it. My second Hisense TV. Links up with my bluetooth speakers in seconds on power on. Perfect for my Google account with browser to watch things on the web and load Apps to watch CW app for LIV GOLF!

I got this tv for my sister and she has enjoyed it a lot. The google smart apps work well. The picture quality and motion handling are good for this price point.

Ready quickly, employee walked the tv out to my car, great service and works wonderfully
