    TERRIBLE TV!! I bought this tv for my guest room. I have only been able to watch this tv once when my grandsons spent the night. Now that I have guest again the tv keeps restarting and of course by now I longer have the box. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TV!!!!

    Picture quality is ok. Google Cast does NOT work on this device. Let me say that again, a "Google TV" enable "smart tv" says the "device is not optimized" for casting, which is a big reason why we bought it. I really feel robbed.

    Arrived, setup and TV has vertical lines. So had to get company to service the TV. Massive inconvenience. The service guy expressed that TV purchase at Best Buy is not the place to purchase TV, they have destroy or repair TV'S the most. Don't ever buy a TV at Best Buy. My TV could not be repaired, so they destroyed it and I waiting for another TV from the manufacturer.

    I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and it was severely damaged, the entire screen was cracked/damaged. I contacted Best Buy and asked for a replacement and never got a response back, the product did not come with a return shipping label neither. The nearest store is over 120 miles away and now its saying my item isnt returnable. I paid $387 for a new TV, not a broken one. Im beyond dissatisfied and want my money back.

    wifi is junk

    Got this Tv on 12/9/23, Worked great for the first 2 weeks then it stopped connecting to the wifi. I have to reboot me wifi everytime the TV will not connect. I have another hisense and have had no problems also the TV that was in this room that was replaced with the UHD6U and no problems with the wifi.

    Love the tv and with google built in make it so easy to control the rest of my home. The color isn’t spot on but is such a small detail. With everything else it works great

    After a couple weeks, a line popped up at bottom across screen where the color was messed up. Then the whole screen was. Good tv before that happened.

    Hisense TV Google TV Guide does not work

    The main reason I purchased this TV was to use the Google TV Guide which is supposed to integrate OTA and Streaming in one guide. I spent months working with Hisense support and it still it does not work. Now they will not support it since the warrantee is over becsuse I tried to help them fix it. Never buy a Hisense product.

    The edge of this tv barley got bumped and it ruined the screen. We have been so careful with it and around it but its obviously very fragile. Will not be purchasing this brand again.

    This has been a terrible purchase for me so far. Motion enhancement will not turn off even after I command it to in picture settings. The soap opera effect kills the viewing experience. Why manufacturers default to motion smoothing is beyond me. I’m returning it asap.

    I purchased 3 tv this time last year and right now 2 have just stopped working. the red light on the bottom comes on, the tv starts to boot then shuts down. From what I have read the board stops working.
