    I’m coming from a roku tv so this tv is very different I don’t like the operating system and I can’t download anything like HBO AND STARS APP LOOK TO SEEL IT and go with what I originally had but all it’s a okay tv not the best

    Bought this TV 2 years ago for my livingroom and have been extremely pleased with how the TV responds. Decided to pick up another 50" for my bedroom recently and have been just as pleased, if not more so, with how the newer model responds. If you are looking for a great TV at an economy price then this is your best bet...

    At first I was super happy and excited. Until a couple of weeks of use. The tv freezes when I click the main menu, which feels like more than 10 minutes. Although it says chromecast built in, it hardly ever worked with my android devices or Google home. I'm returning

Please try performing a factory reset on the unit. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Ok now this tv keeps losing my wifi connection plus when they speak it doesnt match ..tv is going back .my 2nd tv of this brand I bought N did not care for..reason I liked it was bcus it was bluetooth enabled

    This tv is not bad sounds good and looks great. My only issue was the tv itself would kick me off the wifi. I would be on netflix watching a show and bang it will stoo during the show and say i am off the wifi.

    It was amazing at first but it constantly freezes now. Daily I have to unplug it. Then turn it back on. Very low app storage. Also no point in setting the home screen up how you want. Every time you turn it off the homeschooling goes right back to how it came.

    After a year of use, we've noticed that the OS freezes, crashes, and has space issues. If we download more than 5 apps (Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc) the system reports that there is not enough space to hold this many applications. We have tried all avenues of support and are now stuck with a TV that regularly turns off on its own, freezes/crashes when we try to watch shows, has audio/video delays with streaming, and has been consistently slow since our purchase. Although we got it for a low price, it was not worth the hassle.

    From the moment I turned the tv on it has glitched out non stop. Now we can't even watch anything on the tv unless it's YouTube or Prime Video because the TV won't load it or goes grey screen.
