    Horrible WiFi Connection

    I started experiencing WiFi issues with this TV after having it for one week. The TV will connect to the internet and I can run an application without any issues. Once I leave the TV on standby for a couple of minutes and I start another application, I cannot get the app to connect to the internet. I check on my WiFi settings and it shows the TV is connected. I switched from 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz and the same problem occurs. I did a reset of the TV and the same problem occurs. I had to finally return the TV to Best Buy as it was annoying to have to turn off the WiFi and then turn it back on just to run one app.

    Cheap but slow and buggy

    Bought it to sync with my google home. Unfortunately, it’s mega slow and buggy, even when I just use the remote. And the google home can’t turn it off. Annoying.

    I had Hisense TVs in my computer labs when I taught tech in schools so I felt comfortable buying this brand & couldn't beat the sale price. Still getting used to all the settings on it. It works great with my 4K Firestick. So far so good.

    Theres been alot of times where this tv has froze on me, have to unplug and replug for it to be up to speed. There needs to be an update where it doesnt have so many apps running to take up the ram.

    The 50 inch hisence is a joy to watch , hardly any set just scan for channels and enjoy the movies. Customer svc was great friendly knowledgeable curtious, let alone a good price or bang for the buck . Thanks to all. Art

    TV lags. Would not recommend. If you use the "smart" features I would definitely NOT buy this TV. The lag is anywhere between 4-9 seconds after clicking a button. I currently own a LG and an Insignia 4k tv's and both are light years ahead of this one. The Lag has progressively gotten worse since I first bought it. Save yourself the headache and buy something else.

    My mom and I had been shopping for a new smart tv for her and another for my uncle, the price really appealed to all of us. Worst mistake I made, apart from the tv itself being slow/laggy. I often find myself having to unplug and re-plug it for it to even show anything. When switching between Netflix, YouTube or actual tv shows, the screen will just go black and won't even turn off manually or with the remote. Save yourself the car trip back to Best Buy.

    This tv has everything for an experienced user or a beginner. The wifi works great and it has Bluetooth to hook up to speakers. Wish I knew about hisense earlier would have bought multiple TVs from them

    Good deal for the price but only had the TV a few weeks and sometimes when I turn the TV on there is NO sound. I have to turn the TV off then on again for the sound to work.

    I love the tv only thing I don't like is when it updates it has an annoying screen saver with tune interrupting your shows. But overall it is a great tv. I will buy again..

    Set up was a long process. And I had to keep entering the same information repeatedly. The box shows it includes HULU. It doesn't. I had to figure out how to add it.

    I bought two of these TVs. I got them on Black Friday and let me tell you I would rather have spent more money and got a quality TV. I will never buy this brand again. The picture is great but it lags constantly. If you add more apps it will lag more and it constantly disconnects from the Internet. Worst brand i ever bought. I ended up giving them to friends and buying a new TV.

    Has glitches occasionally, hard resets usually fix the problem. Not my favorite TV ever, honestly. Spring for a better brand.

    Bought it for my kids. They have not had any issues with this TV. No constant loss of wi-fi and no freezing up and no self reboots like other tvs we've had.
