I have ordered a replacement which will be arriving any day now and this one will ride the closet. Just tired of unplugging and resetting numerous times a day. It finally wore me down and has to go!!

Waste of money

I’ve had this for about a year and the remote stopped working and now only plays in store mode and the tv only has one button to do anything with. So when I try to put it on regular mode it doesn’t work it says invalid button. For the ONLY button on the tv. Crap!!!!

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Had to call customer support within 24 hours of purchasing the television. Now, 26 days prior to the warranty expiring the TV is having power issues and Hisense's warranty department is giving me the run around. Given the cost I was not expecting the best quality, however I was expecting to not have consistent software update and hardware failures from such a large company. At this point I feel as though it is too much to expect even mediocre quality from Hisense. This was my first and LAST hisense product. My new LG TV, is amazing though. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. No matter how much or how little you pay you WILL be disappointed in this product.
